Julius approaches, his blade held tightly with both of his hands as he walked with heavy foot steps. Soon he stopped, concentrating the magical energy around him into his sword, thus giving it the elemental attribute of wind. Julius then brought his sword behind his head, and then brought it forward slashing the wind from right to left. The attack released a powerful tornado that headed towards Rydia.
