Don't suppose anyone here has had it done, going off the general age of the place, but anyone that has a tattoo, would you consider it or are you put off by the stories of permanent scarring? Know anyone thats had it done?
Ive just had my first treatment, went into it after doing abit of online research, know some colours are harder than others to get rid of, its not just one treatment and bam its gone. White is nigh on impossible to remove, so Im potentially stuck with that for life lol (though white tends to fade with time anyway.... *fingers crossed* )
It's also not actually the laser itself that scars you, its the needle and sometimes even the ink, depending on what they have used - so you could come out with lttle to no scarring at all
It is essentially a gamble, seeing as there is no way of telling til it's actually gone and whether you are willing to take the risk, is the tattoo really that bad or are you like me and just thinking whatever, I want it gone and I'l deal with what's left over when it's over
Considering its only a couple of days, the colours seem to have faded quite alot, though ouch at the blisters - black doesnt leave blisters, so that parts ok, and despite popular belief the darker the colour the easier it is to remove, colours like greens yellows turquoise are buggers, summat to do with the laser not being able to see it/break it up properly
Also, it's pretty quick and no where near as painful as I was expecting. It was more uncomfortable after when my arm felt like it was on fireeeee
Gotta keep it dressed and covered for a week and can't get it wet though which is a pain in the arse...
