Dude I relate to that so much, I gots me 9 hours of sleep, I went to work so refreshed..........only to find out we had a freakin First aid seminar :gonk:

How wee plan for a decent sleep and it goes to shit..........time after time..........all night long............all night..........all night.........all night long
 
I always get deprived of sleep during the week and then I try to make it up on the weekend and end up sleeping in too long and oversleeping and I wake up with a headache. :gonk:

Or I force myself to get up so I don't waste the weekend sleeping and then once again deprive myself of precious sleep.
 
I'm awful with my sleep, I swear I don't get enough, normally 6-7 hours at an absolute maximum :gonk:
