when you get excited over buying things such as a new mini freezer or a new washing machine?

When you were little all that sort of shit was boring and you wondered why the hell you're parents got so excited over it and opted to buy shit like that instead of fun stuff like toys and DVD's etc.

I feel old.

I still love my new mini freezer though. <3

Maybe it's your future maternal side of you talking?

Ofcourse you get excited, cause those things are big money spenders you really need.
If you buy a new one, it means you really NEED a new one, and they arent cheap, so if you get new furniture or products like that.. you will feel like you accomplished something good and spend your money wisely..even though some are expensive as fuck :gonk:

I felt that way when I bought my car. I haven't had to buy any other big money items yet. The apartment I lived in already had them, and now I'm back with my parents, and they already have them.

Now, I'm not sure if my excitement over my car was "YES! I just bought my own car!" or "YES! Now I have a vehicle to drive!", since my previous vehicle decided to strand me at the ice hockey rink one night (yay for my parents having been at my game that night), and wouldn't start that night OR the next morning. But either way, I was excited.

I loved it when my mumsy bought new appliances when I was little. Actually I get giddy over almost anything I buy, even food! :britt: I guess it depends on the person really...

I think getting anything new can be pretty exciting reardless of what it is. I know that when a package arrives from amazon that ive been waiting for im always pretty excited about opening it. Even if its something small and little im still like :ohoho:

I hate to be the only one in disagreement here but I specifically remember getting real psyched when my parents bought a new washing maching, and I was still a kid at the time.. as well as when we got our new couch, but that really was a sweet couch.. biggest couch Ive ever seen I think ahaha.

I also have a 4 year old sister, and she also gets excited when we get new things (my mum's new bed, our new computer desk and also our air conditioner).

Idunno, little kids are weird, but I guess they're also all different.
