What does, 'Yewwww' mean? Can anyone even make a sound that sounds like that? What the hell is it!!!

It's the most retarded word this world has invented so far.

I always see people on facebook using it and it makes me cringe!

'Oh some stupid club had a free drinks night last night. YEWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!'

I just picture them making that sound or saying that word, WHATEVER it is and I picture it sounding really really annoying!!!
