Gundam Seed- the RP

"Captain, the Red mercury has been sht down and the Nu Gundam is heaviy damaged" the Captain rose out of his chair "are you sure? Verify it, show me the debris damnit" as the screen on the bridge changed from the battlefield to the debris left in space by the Red mercury the captain smiled "I guess he is with us" he announced as he sat back in his chair. The captain then sent a message to the Freedom. "Mr Hownam, your mission is completed, return to the Nero"

In space
Stephen sat in the gundam, tears rolling down his cheeks. He pulled his helmet off and left it to float while the tiny droplets of water that were his tears floated throughout the cockpit. "what have i done" he exclaimed "I killed my best friend" Stephen was forced to smile as he heard the return order he wiped te tears from his cheeks and sent a coded message to Riina "sorry, i had to shoot him down" Stephen then placde his helmet back on his head and blasted towards the Nero.
 
The RM's torso crashed into the Earth, in the frozen wastelands of Alaska (near the ruins of the JOSH-A base.) Raven, though unconscious, barely survived.

3 hours later......

Raven woke up to snow falling on his face. He was alive, but he needed to find shelter, lest hypothermia would kill him. He crawled out of the still burning metal and limped over to the ruined base. It would be there if nowhere else, that he would find some medical supplies and thus prolong his life a little. After hours of searching, Raven believed that he would die in this place. Until he found something "What's this? Raven muttered, "A tunnel, hopefully I would find some medical supplies in there." He limped into the tunnel. At first Raven thought the tunnel will go on forever, until he entered a series of rooms, including an infirmary. After a few minutes of patching up, (he also found a stick to walk with.) Raven searched through the base, until he found a very large, and almost empty room. (big enough to fit several Gundam's) There was a large blast door in one end, in the other, was a Gundam. The Gundam, if ti would be called that, looked ancient, but Raven was awestruck at the look of the unit. "Well if it works, I'll use it. but now is not the time. First let me get some rest." before he left the hanger, he said. "Raven is dead. But his name will spring forth new organization, my organization. RAVEN'S NEST."

(OOC: That'll be the name of the new mercenary org I told you about on YIM, Kira. Raven's Nest.)
 
As the freedom landed inside the Nero Stephen jumped out and headed for the bridge. Upon arrival he stood behind the captain's chair and saluted "Captain i apologise for not making it blow up, allow me to travel to earth and make sure it is destroyed" Stephen announced as he saluted "Wow, Mr Hownam are you psychic?" Stephen smiled "No Sir, i just want to make sure he is dead for breaking one of the wings of the freedom, the repairs can be made upon my return. Sir" Stephen announced. "Make it so Mr Hownam" Stephen nodded and returned to the Freedom. he informed the mechanics what was happening and then he got into the Freedom.

The Freedom Launched and headed straight for earth in it's new colours. Stephen was determined to find the RM's remains and find out weather Raven was dead or alive. the Freedom became superheated as it shot through the atmosphere and cooled rapidly as Stephen ran it newt to the floor of Snow in alaska. Stephen saw a small crator near the ruins of Josh-a. ~could he have survived the crash~ he thought to himself as he flew over the RM's remains. The Freedom landed just outside the Base entrance and Stephen activated his 'mess-with-my-systems-i-blow-up mechanism that only he knew the password for. and then he headed into the base to search for the possible survivor.
 
OOC: Someone can play the capt of archangel as my character talks to them.

Nu Gundam was also shredded, just like the RM, but less so. The cockpit was intact, but now mostly resembled a limbless torso with a bit of the left thigh and the right upper arm remaining. Riina was shocked as she saw the RM dive head first towards Earth. The way it was damaged, the chances of Raven burning up was extremely high. "sorry, i had to shoot him down"
Before Riina could reply spitefully at Stephen, the comm channel shut off. Tears leaked out of her eyes. Even though the two were only acquainted, she felt connected to pilots and that it was worse that it had been a friend that killed him.
"You bastard...." she cried slamming the screen once again. The anger was disturbed by the CIC officer in the Archangel.
"Nu Gundam, can you here me? Are you capable of returning to the Archangel?"
"Affirmative..."

The boosters became alive again and shot towards the open hatch of the Archangel. Nu Gundam was in such a mess that it crashed onto the ground and shot right into the elastic ropes. "Whoa....what the hell happened out there?" cried Bill as he saw the extent of the damage. Riina kicked the cockpit open and floated down. On her way past the mechanics, she said. "Betrayal. Bill. I want her to be fast and just as powerful. Can you do that?" The young mechanic looked at her and nodded silently. "I'll personally make sure that this is the last time Nu comes back like this..." Without a word, Riina drifted into the corridors and headed straight to the bridge.
 
OOC: control the captain yourself, your the only member on the Archangel, unless hunter is onboard when he starts posting. and also Raven i am giving a description of the ancient mobile suit, I shall help you steal the Pulverizer from the earthfederation or something.

IC:As Stephen walked through the deserted base he discovered many things that had been fogotten. After searching for around 10 minutes Stephen stubled upon a tunnel that undobtedly lead to a hangar. so Stephen ran down it, in the hope that he would find Raven, or maybe even a Gundam that he could take as a gift for the Captain of the Nero.

As Stephen strode into the Hangar he looked around and saw only one mobile suit, it was a Leo from the first gundam war. "Unbelievable, that thing is an antique" Stephen announced as he jogged over to it and began climbing up to the cockpit. He was neglecting to worry about anyone else in the Hangar

OOC: given you a chance to sneek up on me, and also incase you don't know what one looks like a Leo looks like this
 
As John came into the hanger, he saw Stephen looking at the Leo Mobile Suit, as he climbed up, John said in a serious, almost monotone voice, "It's been a while.....Stephen. You think you would've killed me, but you didn't." He turned towards the old unit. "This was an ancient mobile suit from a war a long time ago. It's been over 100 years since that war. Technology has advanced to it's breaking point." He turned to Stephen, "You see, I plan to start a mercenary organization, with the goal of limiting the use of soldiers from all 3 factions. If I could shield as many people from the horrors of war.....maybe, I would face my death proudly."

OOC: Ok
 
Stephen smiled as he heard Raven's voice. "well i guess I'll have to try harder" he announced but then heard raven continue about a mercenary organisation. "you mean with mobile suits like this" Stephen announced as he climbed down to the floor "well go ahead, The Strike freedom and I will take you down" Stephen announced with a smile. as he walked towards Raven.

Stephen strode straight past raven "although you have two choices now, you can either attempt to pilot that 350 summit year old Mobile suit against the Strike Freedom and get killed or you could let me join your band of Mercenaries and i help you bust into the earth alliance base and steal one of it's new prototype gundam's." Stephen explained as he made and exit to the hangar.
 
John laughed as he heard Stephen's remark, following him, he said . "Well, you're welcome to join in., I could use one of those gundam's over there. From what I heard, there's a Earth Federation labaoratory in a canyon just southeast of here, hopefully we'll find something there.
 
Stephen smiled as John followed him "You better get that Leo up and running then" he announced with a sadistic grin on his face. Stephen then strode over to the Freedom and got into the cockpit and lowered the Keyboard he then began typing rapidly ~now to get rid of this stupid colour change~ this time the phase shift armour powered up it was in it's origonal white, and blue with golden joints. ~there we have it~ thought Stephen. as the Freedom stood up Stephen smiled as he checked the systems of the Freedom.

The freedom then spun and looked at the Entrance to the Hanar awaiting the Leo to launch. Stephen opened channel to the base and ran his voice through the speakers so he could be heard "Hey Raven, Hurry the hell up man, I'm waiting for you
 
"You've gotten quite sadistic have you Stephen. Guess that's what happens when you join ZAFT." John was able to get the Leo mobile suit ready and out of the base. "Well, the ravine is Southeast of here. if we fly through this path, we should be able to get there in a couple of minutes.
 
The Freedom's Wings spread and Stephen smiled "you worry about getting in, getting your new suit and getting out, I will worry about the Bases defenses" Stephen announced as the Freedom blasted into the air and then launched towards the Base. Stephen then opened a communication channel with anyone in range "Hello, this is Stephen Hownam of the Raven's nest Suit Freedom, request permission to take one of your mobile suits" the bases defenses began to fire machine gun's at the Freedom and several GAT-02L2 Dagger L mobile suits began heading for the Freedom. "Well I'll take that as a no" Stephen muttered as he blasted past the Dagger's and headed straight for the base. He used his two beam rifles to shoot most of the Automated guns and then switched to his beam Saber's as to destroy the Daggers slowly, giving Raven and the ancient time to complete their part of the mission.
 
as Stephen was busy taking care of the defenses, John tried to enter the facility, but the doors were sealed, and the only way in is to break the walls down. So John snuck up on one of the EF's mobile suits and took his beam rifle, which he used to destroy the enemy suit. John then fired it at the lab's wall, tearing it down. Entering the lab, he made his way through the complex, eventually finding his way into a holding chamber. John blasted the wall with the beam rifle. Inside the chamber is a weapon, this weapon, is an ancient from even before the Leo's time, but looks as if it was continuously modified by the Earth Federation. Looks like there's my ride, John exited from the Leo, activating it's self destruct system, and destroying most of the lab. He then quickly entered the weapon, and blasted his way out of the falling apart lab.
 
As Stephen saw the carnage caused by an exploding mobile suit he hoped it was the Leo exploding signaling John getting his new suit. the Freedom Spun around and decapitated two of the 9 Dagger's chasing him, "Raven is that you" he released the signal to the strange white mobile suit coming out of the lab.

Stephen began smiling "oh screw it" he announced as he placed his beam sabers back in their slots and grabbed his two beam rifles, As he released his DRAGOON spikes they destroyed another Dagger. the Freedom's targeting computer then locked onto the remaining 6 and the Freedom unleashed beams from all of it's barrels destroying them all. "Too easy" he announced,keeping an eye on the White mobile suit.
 
"It's me" John saw 5 Daggers shooting at him. "Big mistake" , he said as he fired laser cannons at the Daggers, instantaneously annihilating them. He then activated his beam sabers, and sliced another 3 Daggers. "Hmph, this is starting to get too easy, Stephen, let's finish the job."
 
The Freedom shot into the air above the power generator for the whole base "well i guess i better start praying for forgiveness" he muttered under his breath as he locked onto the Generator with the Freedom's targeting system. The without showing any remorse he unleashed a devastating attack, Sending the Reactor into a nuclear Explosion destroying the Entire base and all of It's defenses. The Freedom came away partially un phased, the Reactor was out of Energy and needed time to Regenerate. So Stephen headed backto the base of the ruins of Josh-a.

Upon arrival Stephen flew the Freedom int the hangar and landed it at the back
 
"Why the hell didn't you let me into battle Captain", Kailin yelled angrily despite the difference in rank between the pair.

"We didn't want to reveal you and the White Wings presence on this vessel yet Kailin", the captain said harshly back making Kailin blow his fuse.

"You wasted me by having me on this vessel then, I hate being coped up and I hate even more watching uselessly. I could have reduced the damage dealt in that battle by a large sum", Kailin yelled angrily before turning away from the Archangels captain and left the bridge in an uproar. Kailin and the White Wing had been transferred to the Archangel before the battle but yet the captain refused to let Kailin and the prototype lunch which bugged him as he was inching for a good fight. Kailin turned in the hallway and leaned against the wall in the hallway as a blue haired woman came into view heading for the bridge. Kailin waited were he was and watched as the woman came closer as he wondered who she was.
 
The Bridge was just further up from the corridor when she saw a white haired man emerge from the bridge. His facial features suggested that he was experiencing a raging outburst of emotions, but the man and his emotion wasn't her priority right now. She had to find the captain now and request permission for dispatch down to earth to find Raven. " Is the captain in the bridge?" she asked, stopping near the man leaning on the wall.
 
"what am i doing here" thought Stephen as his cockpit opened and he stayed sitting "im an aerial ace and I'm stuck out of combat, on the battle field is where i belong" Stephen. Stephen was sat looking towards the entrance to the hangar, he was thinking about Riina and the Nu Gundam.

~with the damage i did to it, the Nu should be out of action for a while, although what about that guy who transferred to the Archangel~ Stephen though to himself as he sat forward and began typing on the keyboard ~and what of his Gundam~ Stephen thought as he searched through some of the information he had on the Archangel and it's crew, from when he was on board.

He opened the personnel files and began searching through the pilot,s "Gunam pilot,s" he read out loud as he searched "Stephen Hownam, Riina Otori, Raven, Kailin Argu Shador, Jake Reeve" Stephen paused as he opened the file on Kailin and became shocked when he couldn't look up the Mobile suit specs as he was piloting a prototype "damnit2 Stephen muttered as allhis sytem lights turned green again.
 
When the Strike Freedom's systems came online so did it's radio. "So, Stephen, were you looking up some new recruits for our new organization?" He said as the Pulverizer was landing at the ruins of JOSH-A. As John got out of the unit, he said, "That's our next objective, not only to find good talent to recruit for the organization, but to set up contacts with the many powers, alliances, nations, and corporations alike." If we are to be a successful mercenary organization, we need these key things."
 
"Is the captain in the bridge?" the blue haired girl asked as she stopped next to Kailin who nodded before adding.

"To my disappointment yes, man guys like him burn me up. I could've helped in that battle yet he kept me on board", Kailin said both to the girl and as a way to get some of his anger off his chest. Kailin then realized what he was doing and shock his head. "I'm sorry but I hate having to sit back useless, that's why I'm in a bad mood", Kailin explained in a much calmer tone before pointing at the door. "Be careful that guys as stubborn as an ox", Kailin finished.
