Even though I'm not a fan of his debating ability, I go with Hal. I'm basing this on lower level moderating, Riku and Stevie are higher mods, so it's Hal.

It was between Mark and Riku for me...and that was a tough choice. Both do a lot of moderating and have very good suggestions and inputs in staff, so straying away from that route, I'm going to have to go for who has been on staff the longest with no breaks. And that's Mark. Dave's been on and off, and although he's been here since the beginning, I feel that Mark deserves this a bit more due to determination and dedication to see the site flourish. I know that he just can't stay away from FFF, and I don't see that happening ever, even if all hell breaks loose in staff - he's there standing firm and will stubbornly stick with FFF no matter what.

He really is a sweetie and I can picture him all dressed up in Prince's attire. XD
But really, to me he seems to be one of the most active members on the site and very dedicated. I would have voted for him to be FFF King, but I think he's too sweet and carefree for it in my opinion. XD

Mark most definitely. Undeniably great moderator and always good to see another post by him. The others do well on their own, but Mark is always around to pitch another thread or do survivor.
