UFFSite has images of the final European Final Fantasy XIII Boxart in all it's forms - 360 and PS3, Front and Back, Standard and Collector's Editions - and now you can take a gander.

They're not the greatest quality in the world - UFFSite will upload some better ones as soon as they can can get their hands on them. Check 'em out below, and click to make them bigger.

FF13 is out a month tomorrow in the US and Europe - and we highly advise you get your preorders in! Amazon has the Xbox 360 version here and the Playstation 3 version here. There's a Limited Edition Strategy Guide for collectors, too.

Correct me if i'm wrong here but the first FF13 pic shows the network symbol with a two on it... Does that mean we can expect some form of online multiplayer? :hmmm: Unless I have the symbol confused.

I'm actually liking the European boxart (back) more than the US one! :yay:

Although the phrase: "Do you have the courage to face your destiny" sounds terribly cliched though.

I would still prefer to have the Limited Collector's Edition box though with only the logo on it. Having Lightning slap bang on the front is still something I have yet to get used to.

I think it means it's a region 2 game as it's on the back of the R&C: A Crack In Time box and that's definitely not an online game. Though cooperative Final Fantasy would be nice :sad3:

The regular box art front looks so...tacky. I prefer the white background with just the logo; it looks horrible with Lightning on it as well. I'm almost tempted to buy the special edition so I won't have to put up with it...but I don't have £20 to throw away over a box art quibble. XD;
As for the back...meh. I'm used to cheesy "exciting" dialogue by now. The pictures look nice, though~

See, if the Limited Edition came with the guide I'd have no second thoughts about buying that version but the stuff that comes with it just really doesn't interest me all that much tbh >.> All being said I'll probably still buy it and if not I'll print out the limited edition cover and just replace the normal one :wacky:

^ I cannot possibly disagree with this whatsoever. Ryan has the best idea of the day. What's the point of all these useless things that come packaged with FFXIII (most of which will end up in my bin after a few weeks or less)? FFXIII with the guide would be an awesome prospect and a great excuse to purchase the game without the incongruous Lightning image at the front eclipsing the logo.

But sadly that will probably not happen any time soon. Not everyone likes the idea of having guides and walkthroughs when playing through a game. True, they can just not buy it, but there are people who buy Limited Collector's Editions for the heck of it.

I love the Collectors Edition one much more than the other two with Lightning. >.<

It just feels more professional and Final Fantasyish as the other covers only have the logo as well.

Either way at the end of the day it's the game that counts, so I'll take the cheapest. XD
