I decided a month or two ago that I wanted to redesign the FF heroines in my own sort of style... so I sketched out Garnet and Yuna first.

Garnet. The inspiration behind her was basically fantasy-renaissance-faire assassins. :P

Aaand Yuna. I wanted to use bits and pieces from both her Gunner and Summoner outfits, combined with a tribal fusion bellydance sort of look. :D

What should I do for Tifa? I'm dying to sketch her next. :) When I'm done with all the sketches, I'll line and color them.

Garnet is my favourite FF female and you made her look really good. I cant wait to see more!
 
Fucking ace girl, great job! That is what I call some mad skill. It looks like you made garnet quite a bit older and grown into a mature woman. Makes it that much better.

Yuna is also excellent, I can tell you take your time due to the outlining and such. Keep up the good work!

Wow! I love this version of Yuna! If there will ever be an FFX spin-off, this makes an excellent costume IMO. She's so beautiful here. I especially like the hairstyle. You draw really well =)

But srsly, like everyone else has said, you draw beautifully. And I agree, Yunie's hair is beautiful in that style.. a shame it never got designed like that.

You have great drawing skills and I can only hope to draw as good as you one day.

Hmm, yeah, Lulu would probably be a really interesting character to see a redesign of. I mean, her design is fairly complex at parts already so I think your redesign would probably turn out fairly unique

Your work is utterly fantastic! :cali: As others have said, Yuna's hair looks fabulous - it's so much more suited to her personality than the hair in X-2! :ness: Her clothes are very well designed and I can see how all of your sources fed into the final piece.

I was thinking 'Garnet looks very Renaissance' before reading that you had indeed intended for it to be so! :)

One again, incredible work. I look forward to seeing more from you! ^_^

I can only dream of drawing like this.... great work and can't wait to see more....... redesign or Tifa maybe :ahmed:

Rinoa is absolutely happening, she's on my list right after Tifa!
 
I really like the Yuna one, the detail is pretty awesome, good job! :)
