"My name is Ray, this is Kisharu, my wolf and friend in combat. I already have my weapons if that is ok?"


"Oh, hey Ray. I didn't realize you were taking this class too." Joey said. "My name is Joey, and I think I will take a Rapier," he said to the teacher "since it seems to be calling to me."

Now that he knew he wasn't the only one in the class, it made him a bit less nervous and allowed him to be more like himself, especially since the other student was one of his roommates.

He walked over and grabbed a rapier, then went down on a knee and started to focus on his thoughts, in an attempt to shut out the useless and unneeded thoughts and actions that were sure to come during this class.
 
Taron woke up at 7:00 am just as he always did. He stretched out a bit before putting on a clean shirt and pair of pants. As he pulled on his boots he caught a glimpse of the book he had checked out the previous night. He grabbed it and his jacket and headed down to the blue sect cafeteria. As he walked he threw on his jacket, making sure the blue band on his arm was there and showing.

Close by to the entrance he saw a flyer indicating a late class had been created. The subject matter for this Professor Nova wasn't indicated though. 'It starts at 9 am...Whatever it may be I can use it...' Making note of the class, he continued into the cafeteria and went through the line getting a few pieces of fruit before sitting down at one of the tables in the back of the room. As he ate he read a few more passages of the book.

'It would seem that innate magic would have its own sentience. It has been known to protect its wielder in times of distress or danger of its own accord. When this happens however the magic cannot be controlled and may harm both friend and foe alike. While certainly useful as a final resort, it is of this author's opinion that one should try not to make it so that the innate magics must come to your rescue.

'It should also be noted that innate magics have different effects when released by its own or when controlled. Often, controlled inner magic will follow a single path or direction or sometimes a burst in a concentrated area. "Wild" magic, as we have coined when the inner magic releases itself, does not follow these boundaries, appearing as a wave or ring perhaps.

'Control of inner magic is far simpler than that of typical magic. With normal magic one must work at gathering both power and focus, a somewhat arduous task, whereas with inner magic the power is already there, you need just call upon it, focus on your target and it shall come to your command.'

'Is it really so easy?' Taron asked himself. He sat there in amazement, half finished apple in his hands. He closed the book and finished the last few bites of his apple. Gathering the scraps he tossed them in the trash and went back to his room. He took his blade and slung it over his back before leavign the room and locking the door behind him.

Pulling out his map, he checked for the room where Prof. Nova's class was held. Luckily it was in the main building so Taron headed off to class. He got there about 20 minutes before the class actually started and there were no students yet. He took a desk off to the side and sat on the top of it, his head down. He wasn't really surprised when the teacher walked in a short while later. In fact, he didn't even notice.

Greg woke up too see one of his room mates was gone, the one with those strange eyes..

Greg got up and wandered the corridors. When he passed what seemed to be an empty class with just Greg's roomate in.

Greg opened the door. Hey um.. Your in my dorm right? whats your name.. I'm Greg just call me G. For some reason Greg liked this guy. They were both diferent from normal people.

Greg sat down next to him and waited for Mrs. Nova's class to begin.

Escaflowne

Time was not an issue for Escaflowne. She could step out of her bed and into the great hall in one motion with her spatial distortion skill, but that would mean appearing in her PJs. Woken by Stella's hurried movements, Escaflowne flopped out of bed and begun tugging her clothes off and replacing them with her uniform. By the time she tugged on one sock, the door slammed as Stella ran out.
Sigh..... always in a rush.... poor girl.

Finally, with her clothes on, Escaflowne unsheathed Touhou, slipping the sheath behind her waist and walked out. With infinite care, with the blade kit, dusted off any dirt or wood wax that may have attached itself to the black metal. With the soft cloth in mouth, she spotted her mission's team leader leaning on the wall.

Mrghf....Groof morfing! Arm..reafy.

Slipping the small cotton fluff into the pack and running the soft cloth along the blade, Escaflowne performed a Chiburi, flinging off any residue on the blade. It sung beautifully as it sliced through the air before she slid it back into its sheath.

Lead the way. Im right behind you.

Delijah

Getting up was a pain. Delijah was never an early person. With the slightest hint of sunlight pouring through the window, she buried herself further into her covers and hugged her plush tiger tightly. It was warm and cozy, and Delijah thought she was the happiest girl alive when she realised she was not being mature. She should wake up this instant and get going.

Delijah stormed out the dorm doors while she tugged on her long gakuran coat, throwing her Black Blazer over her arm and went towards the classroom. Today, she had weapons with the new teacher Arukab.


Should be interesting....
 
OOC: @crimon, since I already reached the class in my post I’ll just have our conversation there before the class starts…

Sitting at her desk, she watched the white wolf she had noticed earlier walking up to her desk. “Hello! Eureka Academy is all new to me, so I was just strolling around to see some of the places here, and then I noticed you looking over, so I thought I should come over and introduce myself. My name is Sophia, what's yours?” Talking animals weren’t really all that strange to Nova, the fact that she spoke without much of an accent as these things go was a lot stranger though. “My name is Ms. Carmine although Nova is acceptable outside of class. If you’re here to audit my course I would suggest you take your seat, not sure if we have one fit for digigraded people. Talk to me after class, I have an offer you might be interested in…”

After the wolf sat down somewhere another girl came walking up to Nova, and attempted to strike up conversation, "Oh! You're Ms. Nova right? Hello! I heard there would be a new teacher at the academy and saw your name which I didn't recognize. How are you?" Nova sized the girl up, hair over one eye, old clothing, dark shades, “edgy” general style, “ooh great another one trying to be different by being exactly like everyone else in their chosen “outcast” demographic.” Nova thought. “In class I am Ms. Carmine but outside of it Nova is acceptable and I am quite fine thank you, and yes I am a new teacher this year here at the academy. I am about to start my class though, if you want to talk I would advice coming by my office later or finding me after class.” She said before walking up to her smart board and flipping open the laptop that was attached to it for use by the teachers. Inserting a pendrive she called up her slides and got to work.

“I would like to start by introducing myself, I am your teacher, my name is Miss Carmine, and I have been hired to instruct you on the practical applications of magic and magical items.” She said flipping through the sheets as she spoke with the calm voice of someone who has given millions of powerpoint presentations.
“Yes, I am a mage, sorceress, witch, whatever you want to call it I will refer to us as ‘Adepts’. However I will NOT be demonstrating anything in this class, my magics have some rather unique drawbacks which are rather unpleasant for the people around me. Instead I am going to provide the theoretical backbone discussing the many ways we can harnass the energy most of the –for want of a better term- Muggles call magic. Normal people, have this view that us adepts pull the primal energy, I will be speaking in general terms since everyone has different names for all the things a lexicon should have been provided in your binders.
For our newer adepts I will in this class be enforcing a strict discipline, since when I am done with you some of you will have the power to make the earth shake, in either figurative or literal sense, and for all adepts self discipline is of VITAL importance if you aren’t disciplined you WILL make a mistake sooner or later and then if you’re lucky you will just kill your self” Nova swapped to a picture of the charred remains of what might have once been a humanoid being, “Or if your less lucky cause havoc on a global scale” Switching to another slide showing primal forest with a crater about the size of a small continent, “The adapt who caused that was one of the people in the later category… Mister Jameson, I do not permit cellphones in my class” Nova continued before his cellphone had even started ringing way over there in the back of the auditorium. “Go on take your call, we’ll wait for your convenience.”

A few rather awkward minutes later:
“Next time a cellphone interrupts my class I will render that cellphone down to its component molecules, so you guys might want to check your cellphones are turned off…” She said before about half her class made grabs for cellphones.
“Now that we have that hurdle out of the way know that I have eyes in the back of my head and know everything that goes on in this classroom or my office, as I said I enforce strict discipline not because I want to or because I am a ballbuster but out of HARSH necessity. As for talking in class mister Jameson, either come forward and talk to the entire class about what, I believe I quote you verbatim but correct me if I am not, “a stuck-up bitch I am who seriously needs to get laid”. You will want to report your self to the disciplinary committee after this class is over…”

We adepts do indeed draw the primal energy, and use it to perform spells, or as the people who trained me called them procedures, by blending the different elements of magic. Focusing the beam of this laser pointer into a lethal would be a simple application of ‘forces’ and ‘prime’, while talking to someone telepathically is a matter of ‘Mind’ and ‘Correspondence’. As you can deduce from the terminology I use I was trained by people who put great stock in the scientific method and have spent considerable time analyzing the way the magic works. Although this is the way I was taught this is of course not the only way there is, I once met this mage who had procedures for doing things I KNOW to be impossible. So it is entirely plausible that there is more then one way to go about this and that is why I will try to keep things general enough to apply to everyone but the fact is I was trained one way and it is hard to change ones mindset after one gets far enough down the road, the downside to specialization I suppose.
The primal energy we draw are coming from points where there is more of the energy called “Nodes”, although they have been known by many names over the ages, connected by conduits known to the more “new age” people as Ley Lines. As for what the primal energy is, before any of you ask, a lot smarter people then myself have broken their minds pondering that very question, I once asked one of them what they thought it was and their explanation took 2 hours gave me a migraine and left me with more questions then I started with. It is something; a book I once read called it “the stuff”, which recharges at nodes. To focus on nodes for a second, they tend to be located on or near landmarks, for instant the Celts built Stonehenge on the biggest node in the British Isles and there is a node right here on this campus, pretty big one too… Probably why they built this place here… But I digress, I have also heard unconfirmed reports of people drawing the P.E. from the land or from spirits or from inside them in a manner very reminiscent of ‘qi’. Although I don’t know how they would do so, it seems to work for them. Maybe it is related to those other methods I spoke of earlier. I have for instance met adepts who did not have the side effects that plague my casting…”

About an hour later the bell rang and Nova told them,
“Okay, read the material I outlined earlier. And remember to think about if you have had streaks of bad luck or the other symptoms of an awakening avatar I discussed. For the rest I expect your papers on my desk or in my inbox by midnight the day after tomorrow night, and I WILL know if you have been cheating… Sophia please remain for a second, I need to talk to you…” A few minutes later after class had exited and Sophia had come over.

A) I cant teach you to cast spells as such, I can teach you to activate items which do the procedure for you, which works just as well but its slightly less convenient...
B) You will not be able to use the magic in public, as the paradox backlash would be bad. If muggles see you use items to do things that “cannot happen” or aren’t “plausible” their disbelief will manifest as, for want of a better word, an attack. When my avatar activated itself I accidentally killed a boy which caused my hair to fall out. The Cafeteria of my school didn’t think laser pointers cut a guy's head in half and blast a hole this big” Holding her thumb and forefinger about 3 inches apart “through a solid concrete wall… The pictures on the slides I used to demonstrate the self discipline point were the more extreme forces of paradox. The first guy tried to throw a fireball on a crowded street. The other one tried to make bend light around the planet to make it day in the middle of the night… Turns out there were some indigenous life forms our orbital scans had missed… I took that second picture myself from orbit the following ‘morning’… However the power i can offer you in return is vast, teleporting yourself and your friends to other worlds, Healing the sick, protecting the destitute, and yes i can teach you to quite literally make the world shake as you walk...
Well that’s the offer I can make you, think about it…” Nova said before getting her stuff and walking towards her office to get some paperwork sorted.

Agatha stood in the great hall and waited until she could feel a certain someone tapping into her mind again. I hope he did not think that her mind was like a unlocked house you could just walk into and it started to get on her nerve. He told her to turn around so he could tell her something, but her inner feeling said she should just ignore him and move on with the day. She hated to talk more than she needed too and the mission she was going too go on would probaply require talking to strangers that she would be uncomfortable with.

She however decided to turn around and looked at the guy infront of her. Her expression was not a pleased one to say the least and it was rather cold than her normal neutral self.

"If you have come to appologise for reading my mind earlier than I have already forgiven you. However, don't do it again or I will retalliate against you. Or atleast ask for permission if there is something in here you want."

She then closed her eyes for a second and opened them with a now more neutral face than before. She seemed too think that the message have gone through his mind and hopefully settled.

"Your telepathy is strong. It could couse serious damage if you don't use it with more coution."

She then turned around and stayed like that. She did not want to come of rude, but anything she would say would most likely come of a slightly ruder than just turning her way. She was all dressed for her mission and that alone should be a sign enough that she would not like to be bothered at this time.

"Alright then, follow me." Eliane started heading down the steps and into the Great Hall. Many of the students already awake went to get breakfast, but she already ate before leaving. She saw a teenage girl with an apple in hand, probably waiting for the rest of the group.

Eliane walked up to her and said, "Bonjour, you must be Agatha. My name is Eliane Chevalier, and I will lead the mission you are on." She paused, to await a response.
 
Lost in her own thoughts she was startled by Eliane as she talked to her loosing her apple in the process. She tried too get back into her normal appearance, but failed too do so and just shook her head before answering back. She turned towards the woman and noticed her red hair as it was and oustanding feature of the woman, and it seemed well kept together. Agatha had a love for hair which was why her own hair was so perfect.

"Hello, I am Agatha Nue and will be of your assistance."

Noticing that the apple was on the ground she opened her palm and the apple swiftly came back to her hand through the use of her telekinesis. She took a huge bite of the apple as she might aswell eat it up before they have to leave.

The feeling of worry that she had inside of her started to slowly fade away as she felt safer with her companions. Maybe it was this feeling Agatha was waiting for. A feeling of some sort of importance to a team.
 
While waiting for class to begin, Taron was approched by a younger man, somethign that surprised him as he thought he was the youngest here. The newcomer introduced himself as Greg and supposed they were roommates. "Yes, I believe we are, Greg. I recognize your gear beign the same from inside my dorm. I am Taron Eltrac."

------------After class------------------------------------------------

He stayed late in Prof Nova's class, along with another student, a humanoid white wolf. While the latter was rather interesting the more pressing subject was the lack of Prof. Nova's explanation on Innate Magic. While he could read the book he also could not ask it questions.

He kept his seat, waiting politely until the two of them had had their conversation before asking from the side of the classroom. "Prof. Nova, if I may call you that, I noticed a lack of information regarding innate magic. If you wouldn't mind, could we find a time to talk about this at length or perhaps even now. I don't really have much to be doing."
 
OOC: Might I enquire as to why you injected yourself into that scene? I personally would have waited outside for Nova and then asked the question or gone to her office or something… I don’t mean insult or anything but I am asking questions to force you to think about the answer and thus hopefully learn something from it…

However we are going to need to move this to my office since they need this auditorium in a few minutes... As for my title i am not a professor, Miss will do nicely or even Nova outside of class... I am not the kind of person who puts much stock in titles... Guess it comes from seeing the mighty fall to often..." Nova Said as she walked into the hall ways and towards her office.

As i said my method of magic is an 'alternative' one, you heard a bit of just how alternative just now, and for me my magic just breached the surface slowly and gently and then the dam broke and i had to run to keep ahead of the wave until i learned control... I can only explain what worked for me, and hope your magic is comparable enough that the principles transfer..." Nova said walking down the corridor towards her office... "Coffee? I must warn you though, I take mine strong enough for Italians, but I have some very good Columbian Grand Cru coffee..."

Sophia had been given a lot to take in when Nova said all of this, she by no means craved power to cause any damage or harm of any manner, more of the healing and protecting she spoke, not so much making the earth shake with each step she take.

She thought on it, but not for very long, she already knew she needed to do this or something like it, she got offered about this, so she had it set in her mind, and went to her office to take her up on the offer made to her, and to clarify a thing or two on it.

As she walked through the hallways towards Ms. Carmine, or rather Nova's office, where she should be at this time, and once she came into sight, she spoke out to her as she continued on to enter into her office.

"Hi, it's me again." she greeted, "I've thought about what you said to me earlier, your offer Nova, and though I would like to take you up on it, the healing and protection you spoke of, I am strongly against violence, and plain and simple I don't fight, I never have or will harm anyone, even if they attack me, because I believe violence won't solve anything. I just need to have something for healing if I should get wounded when there is no one around to fend them off, like my brother Crimson Wolf, who is very good in battle, very quick, and quite strong, but he tells me he isn't always going to be able to be by my side to protect me, which of course is understandable, so in all honesty, he is mainly here for my sake, so I can learn something to heal myself from any damage caused, or protect myself from it should something struck me..."

There was something Sophia had been wondering about though. "When do we start? I am a bit nervous about this, but I agree with my brother, it would be a burden lifted for both of us to know I could keep myself safe better, though I already evade a lot of attacks directed at me, this would cover up my mistakes. I've never hurt anyone though, I don't know why anyone would have reason to attack me...doesn't really matter for this though, sorry about that, just some things I've never understood, why there has to be so much conflict in the world, but nonetheless it's a truth that shouldn't be ignored that one has to prepare themselves for it..." she said, her head now tilted down slightly, with her eyes shifted down, the more bad she saw in people, the less she wanted to know of them, but she still can put that aside for encounters with those she knows only as being good people, sometimes very helpful people. Her head and eyes shifted back up to looking straight at Nova when she went to speak again...

Crimson Wolf​

Crimson Wolf had slept right through the morning, was he really that tired out from travelling there? He had traversed considerable distance time and time again, he has rather admirable stamina and endurance, perhaps it was just the comfort of getting to sleep in a proper bed for a change that made the difference.

Waking up he noticed firstly that the others were both gone, then he noticed the time. He wasn't going to sit back and do nothing today though, even with a mission coming up soon, he decided to go to the training facility and make sure his fighting skills stay at their peak, for his role as a protector on that mission, confident he wouldn't take on any injury.

Once he arrived there, he selected to engage in a battle against one of the monsters, what it was didn't matter to him, so long as he stayed in top condition for his first mission at the school, which he was taking pretty seriously. He is generally confident, though not overconfident, he is wise, and a very experienced warrior whom had a rough upbringing, all things considered.

As always, armed with only his claws and teeth, his battle had begun, a Flying Scorpion, it presented a challenge that would test his overall speed, as it would swoop down to attack, he would employ the usual Evade and Counter tactics, but with it's manner of flying overhead a short distance off, then closing in for an attack, after dodging he had to be quick to land a solid slash to it before it got out of his range again.

A few times of this and he had it too weak to fly, then from there his attacks were more steady, he was able to fight at it unrelenting, it was no longer out of reach at any point, he kept close, sharp, swift leaps to get out of the range of it's attacks, then the speed enough to cover the distance to punish it's failed attack before it could get another off, repeating until it was defeated, never using it's teeth to tear at it at any point, he required to get extremely close for biting into an enemy. "Another easy battle..."

Damn, she's good. I wonder if she really meant what she said about my powers. Rule #1, don't use your powers in vain. I must remember that.
Xe unlocked his dorm and walked in.

Hmm, let me see, if I ever need a people to adventure with, I should find some.
Xe went and looked over the role call list.
Interesting, many different people here.

Then Xe left his dorm and locked the door. He headed down random halls to find the three other blue sect people he was looking for.


 
Arukab waited for the response of the two he already had, and he then told Ray, "It's fine, whatever weapon you will be using in real life combat is better, so using your own works out to be the best choice." Then he turned his head to Joey. "Pick whatever you are comfortable with and use it. Make sure you can manage alright with it. If you want, you can even take two weapons."

Arukab was still sitting in his chair, as he had not moved from it since. He looked at all the papers he had, wondering how many students would come in today. "Good to see you two already know eachother. It should make the lesson today better." Arukab had a gentle smile, despite his older and dark appearance. Arukab then began to bring his feet back up onto the desk and folded his arms behind his head yet again, still waiting. "Have a seat, anywhere, doesn't matter."

Ray hadn't noticed Joey until he spoke. Ray responded in his casual soft tone, "Oh hi Joey, good to see you took the same class as me." Ray let off a gentle smile of his friendship, like he usually did. Kisharu was excited as well, and began to sniff the weaponry. Mr. Tragide, I also have swords, I don't normally use them in battle, but I might bring them every now and then."

Ray then turned to Joey, because Kisharu was sniffing Joey's leg. "I hope you don't mind, he's harmless really, but if he jumps up on ya, well he's stronger than he thinks sometimes ya know?" Ray spoke those words with laughter in his voice. "I'm glad he likes you."

"But I'm not in this class..." Stella trailed off.

She only wanted to be nice to the woman and headed up to the student council dorms to take care of more bussiness before her class. She felt a little offended at the woman's response to her cheery morning greeting. She passed Eliane and Zee on the way down and greeted them with a cheery "Goodmorning" before going on her way.

Noticing the rip in her hand me down blazer she sighed saying "I really need to sew that later on." but studying it even more she decided she needed to shrink it to her size also as it belonged to her older brother.

Entering her room she smelled a pitiful stinkbomb lying on the floor. Stella was not pleased and used her elemental powers over air to strike the ground on which the filfth lay and blow it out of a nearby window. Sitting lazily she spotted an email from Orion. "Yeah yeah yeah Blah blah. Stop complaining." she moaned as she typed her words. "Keep finding me missions and stay out of trouble!"

Stella then walked over to her steel rod and grabbed the grip. She wanted to polish it but she had no time. "Well it wouldn't hurt me to use my powers to get to class." She thought as she exited the dorm once again. " The classes are on the second floor..."

Stella shifted her inherited elenetal power of wind as she had done before but only this time she shifted her powers into her rod, making her ability much stronger. She blew the wind behind her so that it pushed her off the side of the steps letting her fall until she spotted the second floor used her powers to make the air blow her safely onto the steps again. "Yes! I knew that would work!" She sighed as she enterd her teacher Mr. Arukab's classroom.

OOC: @FireFrenzy I thought that I had made it clear that I was waiting for you and Sophia to finish your conversation before my question. If I didn't I do apologize. As for waiting outside or at your office I feel that doing so induces a stalker-ish feeling which is something I absolutely despise about myself so I make sure not to do it with my character unless they are meant to be that way. In answer to why that scene, it is typical for professors to be in the classroom for several minutes afterward even without there being a student to talk to making it a more open forum for discussion rather than crowded halls. So in connection with the stalker-ish feeling this feels far more friendly than waiting outside. I should also note though that typically I would wait on Crimson Wolf to post again and finish his conversation with you before I replied but given the speed at which this RP is moving I was also a touch afraid that I would miss my opportunity to speak with you.

IC: Taron followed Miss Nova out of the classroom and through the hallways to her office. At the sound of coffee he answered for the first time in the halls: "No thank you. I'm more of a mint tea person. Though I'm not opposed to a fruit tea with a touch of honey." They continued onward. "As for what you can teach me, anything would be nice even if it might just be theory or practice. I know almost nothing about my magic except for the little bit I've learned in this text," he said tapping the book he was carrying.

"If anything," he continued, "I'd like it if you could help me with control. It's why I'm here at the academy to begin with. My magic went..rogue..."
 
Escaflowne

"Hello, I am Agatha Nue and will be of your assistance."

Still trying to rub out the sleep from her system, Escaflowne yawned widely before looking at the Blue Sect girl. She appeared a bit giddy and nervous on the first glance, but then, she was a new kid at the school, so no surprise there.

Ah, heya, Agatha. Name's Escaflowne, but most call me Zee, if its easier for you. You're in luck that you signed for this mission and not the other one with Orion.

She glanced at the mission rosters and snickered.

Ha! Raistlin is in his group. Gotta suck after yesterday charade. In any case, anything happens, hide behind Eliane here. Use her as a meat shield.

With a giant grin plastered across her face, Escaflowne wrapped an arm around Eliane's neck and laughed. She remembered her first mission, so the best she could do was make the mood lighter.

Delijah

She was late by the sound of things inside. It reflected badly on herself, even if its just a few minutes. Stepping in, Delijah spotted two blue sect student Her own Black Blazer stood out more than she liked, but she had no missions and a weapons lesson seemed interesting. First things first however.

Sorry for my tardiness, sir. I am Delijah Fei.

That out of the way, Delijah made her way towards a seat near the front, resting her spear and pole arm against the desk.



 
Raistlin made it to the Great Hall on time and sat patiently, awaiting everyone else to arrive, and to meet his party members.

OOC: Shit post, I know, but I just wanted to make sure everyone else on the Wagon Escort Mission knew I was here and not wankan it or something. :mokken:
 
"Hello to you too Esca.. Zee."

She tilted her head to the side to show some sort of affection towards the two. She was happy that the people that were going for this mission were such sweet people. They were still missing one person and then they were going too leave. She was worried about this mission however. The fact that monsters had overrun the beach was mysterious and odd too her. She however understood clearly that they had to push them back.

As Zee told her that she was in luck for signing up for this mission she started to think that she actually was. This Orion person didn't seem awfully popular by the tone it was said in, even thou it was quite joyful. Thou after checking the mission roster and then Zee wrapped her hand around Eliane's neck she had a swift smile that dissapeared after seconds. The aura of theese two really managed to calm down Agatha's own worries.
 
"I hope you don't mind, he's harmless really, but if he jumps up on ya, well he's stronger than he thinks sometimes ya know? I'm glad he likes you."

Joey hadn't even noticed that the wolf was sniffing him until Ray said it.

"I'm glad he likes me too." he said, with a smile on his face.

"Have a seat, anywhere, doesn't matter."

He noticed two more students enter the class, but didn't pay them any mind as he went to sit down. He always picked a seat near the front to improve his learning.

My magic went..rogue...” Said the rather puny looking student who was following nova as they reached her office, opening the door she hung her coat on a peg by the door and dropped her bag and purse on her desk before putting the case on the table that held her computer.

“Hmmm I don’t have honey but I do have this rooibos tea, it’s supposedly pretty sweet and kinda nutty. Never been much of a tea drinker myself but I keep some on hand for guests…” Nova said as she fired up her water cooker and ground down some coffee beans using an old fashioned handmill seemingly consisting of a polished brass tube with a handle on the top. “As for your magic going ‘rogue’ as you so eloquently put it, does that mean you have in the past had control, and that this is a recent phenomenon? Or does it mean you’re an adept who just never learned to control it properly since, like the metaphor I used earlier, “your dam broke”?” Nova said as she opened a clever threaded part to unscrew a catch can where the ground coffee powder had collected before brewing herself a cup of Turkish coffee. (OOC: that’s coffee where you don’t use a filter but instead just pour the water onto the powder, it pays to read:P)

Sitting down to her paperwork after Taron had left nova noticed a knock on the door, and after opening it she noticed it was the white wolf-thing from before.
"When do we start? I am a bit nervous about this, but I agree with my brother, it would be a burden lifted for both of us to know I could keep myself safe better, though I already evade a lot of attacks directed at me, this would cover up my mistakes. I've never hurt anyone though, I don't know why anyone would have reason to attack me...doesn't really matter for this though, sorry about that, just some things I've never understood, why there has to be so much conflict in the world, but nonetheless it's a truth that shouldn't be ignored that one has to prepare themselves for it..."spoke Sophia before she had truly entered the office…

“Hmmm, a novel concept but an admirable one” Nova said gesturing Sophia to enter and sit before closing the door behind her and pushing a yellow button on her cellphone which activated a white noise generator to prevent snooping “the world would surely be a better place if more people thought about things the way you do, but that’s a discussion for another time I’m afraid. As for when we can start, we could start right now… It shouldn’t take long but I don’t think it’s ever been done on a non-human –you aren’t one of those people who see racism everywhere I hope? So I can’t be entirely sure about that part, as for why people fight… Well it’s because we humans are a very inpatient species, if someone else has something we want we try to reach out and grab it. That or food, religion or anyone of the hundreds of things that people have found over to fight over the ages…
But I digress, we can start right now but I don’t know how long it will take, there are however two ways of doing this that I know off, one is the slow and controlled way which can take anything from monthes to years, again that’s for humans, and the other way, a ‘quick and dirty’ approach if you will. The later provides the same results a lot quicker but it is less elegant, and more slightly more dangerous… Excuse me where are my manners, this isn’t something to be discussed with a dry throat… Tea? Coffee? I have a bowl if it helps? Water perhaps?”
