do you get promoted from sect to sect, also, I would like to have my ID black and i will draw up a head shot for you.
 
^ I would like to be one to ask that question as well. As I participate, surely my actual skills will increase as an RPer, thusly I should think my character ought move up to a Sect that is of more skilled RPers, no one is a beginner forever, it will have been two months from tomorrow since I originally posted my first RP bio, that has of course since seen quite a few changes. <.<

But I have enough knowledge to know pretty well now, so aside from possibly magic or the like, and history, it shouldn't change much more. ;)

Elaine is 5'8" and is of slender build. She has Long Red Hair extending to her shoulder blades, and teal colored eyes. She also wears earrings that match the color of her eyes.

Elaine's outfit is a simple gi, a onyx-collored grey longcoat type gi, onyx-colored longpants and black shoes make up her appearance. Underneath her jacket is a grey tank-top.

Personality: Calm and collected, Elaine is perhaps one of the smarter members of the council. She has a knack for history and English, and she knows where and how to exploit the weak spots of various monsters just through movement and combat. However, she is not arrogant, and sees such behavior as rude and spoiled.

Elaine will only fight in an honorable way, like a knight. As such, she only fights until the opponent cannot fight, and refuses to fight unless challenged to.

Otherwise, Elaine is helpful, friendly, curteous and kind, an expects to be treated this way as well. Although this is a bit of a high expectation. She does wish well for all of her fellow students.

Weapons:
Wooden Staff (pictured in Appearance Pic): A staff made of Odinwood, which is highly durable against steel and other metallic weaponry. The weapon is 5 feet long and is typically carried on her back. It is notible in that it is a two section staff, with the split being a 5 inch piece on one end of the staff, making it useful as a long-ranged flail


Chain Whip: A weapon consisting of several 1-inch metal rods joined end to end by several 1-cm rings, resulting in a whip that is at least about a foot and a half long. the weapon can be used for striking and tripping up opponents. A dart attached to one end of the whip can be dipped in poison that can paralyze and opponent.


Twin Hookswords: 2 foot long swords that are charactierized by an prong on the top of the blades as well as hooks on the bottom of the hilt and a cresent guard for blocking and added slashing.


Emeici Piercers:
1 foot long rods of steel with a dagger point used for stabbing. There is a ring attached to the bottom of the piercer which can be used to spin the Piercers around.

Abilities:
Geokinesis- The ability to manipulate the earth around her. Her power over this ability is generally increase, although it is not up to tectonic plate moving capability, she can levtate rocks and create shields of earth.

History:
Elaine was the first recruit to come to Eureka Academy from Erusea since the Continental War. Her parents died during the war and was raised by her aunt, a magus, who noticed the girls aptitude for Earth Manipulation. She taught Elaine what she knew and how to learn to control her powers. After 2 years of this, she was sent to the Eureka Academy, where she learned martial arts and weapons skills from her teachers.

Now at Eureka, Elaine seeks to help others through her position on the Student Council.

not used to your system of school grades. Mine just go from kindergarten,1 straight through to 12.
 
Um age really doesn't matter in this Rp. It's titles that really count! :P

Kevin, your is accepted. Oblivion, be more descriptive with your Bio. I need some kind of history, even if "he doesn't share it with others" Also if you could be more detailed on personality and weaponry, that would be swell. I'll make your ID once you have those.
 
Here's a question...with all this about students, what about the teachers?
 
Anyone can be a teacher but they are mostly NPC's. Plus the missions posted in the mission board do most of the "teaching" per se...
 
Oh right, well then thanks. I may/may not want to be a teacher, I'll have to think about it...Also, is there a restriction to how many characters we can use?
 
...The restriction is 2. I really don't think you wan't to have more than 2 unless you've leveled one up all the way and you're bored with them.

Also everyone read the Student Handbook for important school policies! Although the Unlockables are going to be edited so don't worry about it. And shop inventories are going to be posted tomorrow!
 
Sorry Oblivion. Yes you do get promoted from sect to sect by gaining rank points. Reap enough and you can blast through the bluee and red to end up in black! :britt:
