Wow I just went to look at my Dissidia game and didn't even realise till now that you had the option of showing the Villain cover.


Though the heroes look better in my opinion anyway. So I'll be leaving it at that.

Villains cover for me, I've even turned it round so that it's the one on the front too.

It just seems more dynamic to me, I love the colour scheme more, sets it apart from the other FF games covers.

Although they both look good, I prefer the villains becasue of the colour

I have to say, I prefer the Villains cover to be quite honest. It just seems so much more sleek like Mark says, it sets it apart from regular Final Fantasy covers. It's my current cover at the moment 8F However I expect that one day I'll probably change it over to the Heroes.

I prefer the Heroes cover. The Villains cover looks pretty cool too but I don't like the background. I think it just seems too plain. Not to say that the background on the heroes cover isn't plain, but I think the white background just highlights the characters better an shit.

I think it was a pretty cool idea for them to give you a reversible cover though.

I see what you mean, but the characters seem to be arranged in order of the games they appear in. With the warrior of light in the bottom left and Tidus at the very top. Whether it was set up that way intentionally to put Cloud and Sephiroth at the peeks is an interesting point, but personally I think it is just a coincidence.

Within five minutes of opening the game, I had the cover flipped around I think the villains just look better.. and Jecht is... There's no Auron or Gippal or Reno or other assorted hawt characters, so I shall settle for Jecht >.>

I like the black background better too, white's not my thing >.>

I had no clue there were two covers to the game! I thought you had to buy it!XD But I had a rental copy so of course I wouldn't know. Anyway, I like the heroes cover better. I really don't like the black background of the villain's cover.

I liked the heroes cover more. The villains black background was ick and why is it that when ever there's a big stand off the villains ALWAYS on the left side and the Heroes are on the right? Its the same way with a number a warcraft illustrations.

Oh wow. I had no idea about this...

I knew there was, in some countries (probably just the Japanese version) where you could choose to buy either a good or bad case for Dissidia, but I think it was the Amano art versions.

I assumed this thread was about that.

I just figured out that you meant the case itself for other versions of Dissidia (including mine)can be changed to show the villains.. In that the actual paper within the sleeve can be flipped round. I opened my case and just saw what you mean. I hadn't noticed that before and it seems so obvious now with the back of the case being within the case as well as on the back of the case.

I must have subconsciously thought it was poor design work, or maybe that they had thought it looked cool to have the back of the case inside as well. I'm such an idiot.

I might change to the villains. It looks quite impressive and I like the black case look. I might change back to heroes occassionally though as I also like the classic Final Fantasy purity of that too.

I'm twisting, and flipping my friggin' game cover, and I don't see such a thing. Where the heck is it?!

Or for some reason were Canadian's neglected in this feature, or is it just me?

Although I admit if I hadn't known about this dual cover, I wouldn't have really cared >_>
