What's Fat Princess like?

Worth picking up?

I've heard it's fairly popular, but I've never even thought about finding out what sort of game it is.. any suggestions?
 
Imagine capture the flag with princesses. Then imagine that you can feed these princesses cake to make them obese, and harder for the other team to carry.

Then imagine that you have various job classes to select from which do different things, and that to best secure both princesses you really need to be a bit tactical with your team.

You basically attack the enemy castle and try and steal their princess, and they try to do the same to you. When you secure both princesses and hold on to them for a certain length of time then you win.

There are other game modes too, such as deathmatch and football.
 
I'd recommend buying it Lee, it's a laugh, to say the least :wacky:

I think it's £7.99 on PSN though, I got it when it was on a half price deal.
 
Oh, I'll definitely download the demo then.

Poor Ryan. Like I said I am sure you'll make up for lost time when you go on vacation. You can join us next time we play Fat Princess.

Don't worry I'm sure you will enjoy it. Everyone I've introduced to the game fell in love with it.

On the front door? Because if it's really as bad as you say it is then it'd be recommended to put it there. That way people will know to "Open if you dare"
 
Well, that took long.

I played the demo just now and I think I'm basically addicted to this game, though if every match is as much of a Deadlock as the Demo game, it might get boring quite quickly.

As for the games being deadlocked that depends. Did you play it online or offline? If you played it offline then I can see that since the AI is stupid. If you played it online then really it depends on the teams and how well they work together. While it does still happen online sometimes it is not as common as if you play offline. If they worked well together then matches usually end fairly quickly.

If you still think games are getting deadlock then you can always try Team Deathmatch. I have never had a deadlock with TDM and it usually ends before the time runs out.

If you have enough money you should buy the DLC as well. The classes are well worth it even if Pirates are a bit broken.

I got revenge on Char for betraying us by eating her almost every time I saw her. :wacky:

I really did spam the giant yesterday... It just feels food to eat people. :sad2:
 
Yeah, I did notice that the NPC things were completely useless. they seem to enjoy running into each other, dying and then continuing this cycle until I get fed up with the "story" mode.

Going to give it a go online now with some random people (after getting DLC) and next weekend would definitely be good.
