[CX] The Facility

I am starting to see a theme with Silent Hill and Hospitals. I guess that makes 3 games in the series that I know of where you visit a Hospital. Does every Silent Hill have a Hospital?
 
I think you should really ask is 'does every horror game have a hospital?' to which I reply... Almost every one :hmph:

Bar RE5 (if you consider it 'horror') no horror game i've played has had no hospital
 
Yeah well. The games mostly take place in silent hill so its the same hospital per game al. You basically know if ur goin to the hospital your in for a hard time with the nurses :wacky: I guess its the most iconic place in the SH games.

And that would make for an awesome co op multiplayer damon :hmmm:
 
It's nothing fancy (the PS Home one) but it's good for a laugh, and you can get it in different difficulties so you might have to do something differently, if nothing else it'd be a bit of fun.

Nope I don't consider RE5 horror at all, it is just an action game in my opinion. But with the exception of RE3, there are no hospitals in the series. Even in RE3 the hospital is no where nearly as big as the one in SH.

Is the city of Silent Hill really that big then? It looks really different from SH1 ->SH2 so I doubt it's the same hospital.
 
I thought everyone had Home.

It's free and I thought it downloaded itself with the update a year or so ago. :O


As for horror... The only horror game I've ever owned is Project Zero / Fatal Frame, and that is scary. :sad2: Great game, but really atmospheric and freaky.

Oh btw, remember that convo in the SB earlier today about dinosaur games? I saw something called 'Dinosaur Wars 3D' for the 3DS when I was in Gamestation today :hmmm: /just throwing it out there
 
Theres the lab hospital in re1 and theres one in the outbreak games aswell. And in re survivor :wacky:

I did have psn home when it first came out. It got deleted soon after tho. There wasnt room on my wee 60gb ps3.

Its meant to be the same hospital al though it does look differernt. Game graphics improve etc so things get changed
 
And yes Dan, Fatal Frame is indeed a scary game. >.>

I always thought of the one in RE1 as more of just a lab than a hospital but I guess it does count. As for Outbreak and RE Survivor I haven't played enough of outbreak and I've never played Survivor >.>

Interestingly enough that is exactly where I am at right now in SH2. Stupid annoying Nurses. :hmph:
 
I don't have a 3DS. :sad2:

They need to make a massive and decent dinosaur fighting game for a main console. Imagine CoD but instead of guns you have fangs and can eat each other. It would rock. :sad2:

Perhaps one side could play herbivores and have to defend or flee, and the other team could be carnivores and try and eat everyone. There could be another mode too where it's just all wild and every dinosaur out for himself - carnivore against carnivore if need be.

That would be so epic, but will so never happen that I could cry. :sad2:
 
Laura is pissing me off. :hmph: Stupid little brat. I hope she encounters Pyramid Head before this game is over.
