After months of backbreaking "labor," I have photoshop again.
Now, I haven't used it in almost a year, so I'm rusty. x_x Be hard on me though, I want to get back where I was.

I personally like the avvies. Second one has to be my favourite. I'm in a burst of colour spots lately, so that hot pink looks really nice. xD

Never seen you around before, so I don't know your older works (too lazy to click on the other threads at the moment) you've had hundreds, woman. :wacky:

Siggies are a bit small, although that can look really nice sometimes as well. The first one seems a tad too simple at first glance, maybe add some text. =)

She's also posting her graphics collection so it's related in some way to the section, actually scratch that, it's very relevant to the purpose of the section.

Anyway welcome back, your stuff is awesome. I love the 'Strength' sig, really well placed stock, the contrast and brightness makes her pop out, particularly the red hue in her hair. Love it. Something about the font really draws me in too.

Your avies are adorable too: simple but very clean and bright, that's seems to be a common thread linking each of your pieces together.

As for your recent stuff, wow, Lady Gaga looks fierce. You work with the stocks, utilizing the redness of her lipstick and her hooded outfit to really unionize the renders with the background colors. The renders are awesome by the way, really dig the smoky affect, somehow the text in the first one detracts from the piece; it may just be the whiteness of it, it just takes away from the overall image for me personally. But yeah, that's just me, I prefer the second piece.

Your soul eater work, awesome anime btw, these are lovely. The avi is great, the brightness blends in with the stock's hair, however (I'm not sure it was intentional) the text is cut off a bit due to the bordering. I think it might be the placing, just something I felt like pointing out, but otherwise the avi's very ethereal and pretty. The sig is also brilliant, I love the noise effect, it adds some sort of definition to the otherwise super bright and white background; it brings out the stock even more. Overall your work is very clean, very concise, and extremely aesthetically pleasing to the eye.

Yep, that's my style; bright, colorful, and lots of negative space. To tell you the truth I don't think I can make a good sig without doing that, I should work a little out of my comfort zone. xD

I almost always take a light color and a dark color from the stock and then make a gradient as the background; it keeps the color scheme nice and consistent. Yes the cut off text was intentional. I agree with you with the text on the GaGa sig. I really wanted text on it but it ended up looking intrusive.

Well you're definitely making strides, you're great as is already, but you're improving nonetheless. I think if you can just work out of your comfort zone, as you said, then you'll expand your growth as a gf'xer. I need to start doing graphics work anywho, even though I only have GIMP as a starting point. I might even turn to you for some pointers. Lol. And I just noticed something in your 'Strength' sig, in your background there's a black paisley overlay which is genius, but I didn't notice it until I gave it a second glance. Wow.

And no problem, by the way. ^_^

Me likies. I don't care for Gaga, but this is not the point. :wacky: I wish you'd have made it into an LP, give it a wider space and more freedom! The text one would've looked gorgeous if it were an LP me thinks. xD
