On April 7, Square Enix will release another round of downloadable costumes and music packs for Dissidia 012[duodecim]: Final Fantasy in Japan. Let’s take a look at the costumes first.

Laguna’s 4th form is the Knight of the Witch costume.

Two new music packs will be released on the same day too. The Final Fantasy VII song selection includes three songs: Crazy Motorcycle, Elec de Chocobo, and Birth of a God. Square Enix’s Final Fantasy VIII song selection has: Liberi Fatali, The Landing, and Shuffle or Boogie.

These song packs and costumes will cost 300 yen ($4) each on Japan’s PlayStation Store.

gods, how I fucking hate dlc. The game should be whole. One final product, there shouldn't be some vague part that exist only as data in the web and gonna be completely lost in 10 years.

I enjoy the costumes they chose maybe since KH Sephiroth is out Cloud might be up on PSN soon too =o

And Im glad they pick good music gives me more options for quests..

I know at some point they'll give a Adel or Rinoa Costume for Ultimecia >_>;; as DLC

And DLC is a awesome thing true we may have to spend money on it but it was a 30$ new game dont complain most psp games new are around 40-50$ here so Im glad to fund the DLC so they can add more stuff 8D
 
This game is looking more and more like Disgaea 3 with the DLC: a bunch of crap that isn't really worth the money, and that they should have included in the game in the first place. Half these new costumes don't even make any sense, or should have been put in instead of the crappy colour changes or random shirt removals we got in the actual game.

I wonder if this will actually get released outside of Japan. Knowing our luck, we'll have to buy Square Enix PSP games to get our hands on these if they're ever slated for UK release :hmph:

Also, why would I want to pay for music packs? I'll just turn the volume down and put a select track on if I want a different music. I have practically all of the FF OST worth listening to anyway. xD

on topic..... I don't even know any of the songs :( soo the music don't really bother me :)

and isn't the sephiroth costume just his EX Mode look XD haha :)
 
I looooove the FFVIII love. I call for more FF8 DLC. like FF8 Assists like Aerith. I WOULD LOVE to see Rinoa or Quistis in as assist DLC, or more costumes for Squall and Ultimecia >.>

As for the Sephiroth costume, that's pretty awesome, but I wanna see America get the KH Squall costume before we get anything else :sad3:
 
I'm hoping for the FFX boss battle to be released as DLC. Except you know... for free. Does all this downloadable stuff really need to cost money? At least add a quest or something...
 
Japan this, Japan that. What about letting it be available to everybody else?
 
Normally Im agaisnt DLC as well but they did release the Warrior of Light extra costume so far in the US for free.

But the main reason Im not against this stuff is because truthfully, Im surprised all of the game fit on one UMD. They probably didnt have the room to put all this DLC on the actual game disc.
 
God I think I'm getting my hands on a PSP now. I have my PS3 dying in a mountain of dust because I rarely spend time at home. But Martel is right, we shouldn't be needing to buy stuff that should have been included in the core game anyhow. :hmph:

wish they would make a FFX Alt Dlc
for tidus/jecht a father/son combination

And want a few new worlds like FFX besaid & Sin
or FFVIII FH or Garden training Facility(lol) (T-rex running around)^^

i gotta wait that long.. ahh mann^^

when i have this dlc i'm gonna visit some friends
to intimidate them with seph they won't know what's coming mwahah
