Sorry you feel that way but I didn't mean to offend you :sad3:............But I wasn't saying she WAS a whore.....She was in an armour doing the killing after all she probably is the most badass character of FF.....But with your post when you said you liked her "revealing more skin" just reminded me of when Yuna did in X-2.Yuna turned from a shy,heartful girl to a whore..........I'm just hoping same doesnt happen with light but it does look it won't anyway, after that trailer.

@DarqueWillow Obviously you just dont personally like it..........something I can't do about it. You do have a point but so do I,obviously where two different types of gamers. :mokken:

I aint no fanboy of this game dawg, no where near my faves!

Agreed, we can let bygones be bygones in this case. I would have to be hit by a fucking brick of miracles in order to actually be convinced to like this game. :rofl:

Lol you just said you weren't saying she was a whore but then say she "turned from a shy, heartful girl to a whore" a couple sentences later! :lew: First off, you're contradicting yourself. Second, it's not true in the least. I think you need to look up the definition of "whore" cuz you're way off-base on that.

I was talking about Yuna...........and Yes maybe I am being ignorant (through anger :rage:) by calling her a whore in FFX-2. But to me and most gamers there is no denying she changed her personality which angered me and I branded her a whore!;which obviously has nothing to do with it as a whore is just a prostitute.

And on the Lightning matter, I'm just saying revealing skin........is just like what SE did to Yuna using sex as a money-grabber.

I'm no hater of Yuna (except maybe a little in X-2)..........her character in X is definately makes her one of my fave females among Light,Terra and Tifa........but her character in X-2 is reminiscent of the characters I hate like Panelo,Vannile etc etc

EDIT: talking about the Yuna in X-2 (or in that case reminding me) does provoke me because I do get angered of how they ruined her.So my bad! :sad3:

This makes me angry. I don't get why they'd make a XIII-2 when they have so many other games to make, games people actually want and have been waiting for, for years!!
 
If the mere existence of a video game is making you angry, it's probably time to get some perspective.

And the FFVII remake will never happen probably, so stop moaning/implying that games like this are stopping it from happening!
 
I wasn't moaning that I wanted an FFVII remake :S I hope FFVII dies. and I can get as angry as I like about a game I do not want. Games happen to be something I enjoy and to be honest I would rather they released some good games before I get to goddamn old to play them!
 
I am looking forward to this release.

I hope that they open up the world, have towns with npc's, and some sidequests/mini games- maybe an airship or some other vehicals?
 
Right all of you really should just give this a chance. As for Lightning's armor I can not say I like it much. Her regular outfit is what I know her by. Look Square Enix did say they are going to make it exceed and Have a more advanced battle system than XIII in every way so just think on the Plus side if you like. Yes she does resemble a Valkyrie alot. Her new armor must mean something though. It could have something to do with magic abilities or it could be something completely different. I am all for this right now. I am going to think on the plus side for now. A promise by SE of EVOLVING the game completely could be a promise that will not break. We will find out. This mysterious purple haired man sounds interesting.

The only Japanese magazine that people take interest in is Famitsu and it's been thrown around quite a few times that they're corrupt when it comes to popular games. The difference is, whilst the western market is split when it comes to the opinion of Final Fantasy XIII, the Japanese by and large just hated it full stop.

Lightning is super fucking intense as it is, and it looks like they've ramped it up.
I think Lightning may be my new super mega crush. Expect to hear little else but talk of BEAUTIFUL INTENSE LIGHTNING up until I tire and find someone else to love.
Do note, that she does not replace Fang and Vanille in my crush department, though. No one replaces those two <3

No. This was said by all of you telling me to give FFXIII a chance. I hated it. I'm quite tired of giving things chances. Especially when the thing you want me to give a chance to is a sequel to a game you also told me to give a chance that turned out to be shit. :hmph:

I've always felt that Final Fantasy XIII was one of the strongest of the series, possibly only behind IV, VI, and IX. So I'm very excited about this game, especially if it's taking a more fantasy direction.

Has anyone translated what's said in the voice over?

A sequel to a game that isn't even that old yet over remakes of the last few FF titles that really need it.

And we learn about a sequel before we even get Versus. This is there new moneycow.

Um, what? Lots of games get sequels within 12 months, look at Assassin's Creed this year.
Or look at Final Fantasy I and II, III and IV, etc.
By the time XIII-2 comes out, it'll be at least 18 months old, if not older.
And I really don't think it's their moneycow.
 
yes but this isn't usually how final fantasy games work. We're used to them being non sequels.
other games were made for sequels like assas creed, not FF games D:
