  • Nice choices ;)
I also find it hard to pick just one song, but if I had to I think Ashes to Ashes would be my number one favourite, followed closely by Starman, Young American and Under Pressure.

I also hold a soft spot for Lieb Mich Bis Deinstag (Love me till tuesday) because i find it rather cute :D
Don't feel humiliated! A lot of people are in the same position. I'm taking a year out and so far have only found voluntary work, partly due to living in the middle of nowhere without a full driving license! I'm hoping that'll change soon. :) Your voluntary work sounds great! :D Some people haven't done anything since leaving Uni yet. =)

I think Greece and the Greeks was made more difficult by the fact Archaeology wasn't my first subject. I didn't really have access to the teachers. First year was also my lazy/unhappy year... I spent most of it reading the Frost series and lots of fantasy!
Ah, I know what you mean. I was rather shy, too. It made things a little difficult, but I guess it meant I could focus in third year! I'm still shy, but the next couple of years should change that - hopefully! I'll be getting out into the world and experiencing things on my own, without a teacher to guide me. It's terrifying!

Ooh, Ancient History! :) I don't know whether you would have taken Greece and the Greeks in year 1? I did as an MOMD. It was terrible. But History as a whole interests me greatly! :)

What do you do at the moment? And what are your plans in the near future?
Oh that's cool! :) I was in the Arts building most of the time. I only had 5 hours of lectures/seminars a week... What did you study?

Have you been to the museum to see the Staffordshire Hoard? It's amazing - it was better when they had several cabinets spread through a few rooms towards the beginning, but the collection they've kept is still pretty nice and the detail on each piece is incredible! :)

How is life getting better? (And why wasn't it as good before?)
The glorious University of Birmingham. Honestly, the Uni was quite good, but I'm not the greatest fan of the city!
    'Getting there'?
Heya! I was looking at my profile and noticed you'd visited it. How are you? (Just looked at your 'About Me,' too. I lived near to Reddich whilst at Uni! :))
It issss £10.99 i think. The first worms game is only 4 quid or something but everyone has worms 2 so you have to get that one so you can play with us.
Seems expensive but its been worth every penny so far for the laughs haha.
The season hasn't even started yet. We are still going through summer practices, but the most we have had is only 25 guys. We need about 40. And most of the 25 are underclassmen, so that is not good.

As far as the why, I don't have the slightest bit of an idea.
    *reads list*.......:hmmm:.........../jaw drops in awe

Sounds like you have had a hell of a time lately, good sir. :monocle:

I myself have not been so great. I've been busting my ass trying to keep the sports going, but I don't know how long I will be able to keep it going before it goes away. :sad3:
