I suck horribly working in PhotoShop, I wish I was better at it, but I'm not... =/ It's just really simple things that do it for siggy's with me. Else I can't make it. But as of last night... (March 25th) I'm so proud of something that came out on accident, it just had a whole different shape, and I loved it xD!! O.O I'll go ahead an post them now.

^ The first one I actually really made when I joined this forum.

^ One I was really proud of, considering I suck horribly at making these things. The friggin' text box took me for f...ing ever. ^^

^ This was the one that came out on accident. But I loved it. xD! Even though it look shorrible... <.>

^ I know, I know, siggy is getting boring, but I had fun trying out the different shapes with sigs. Never thought I could do that. o_o

^ Last one with that, I promise.

^ Dunno, just thought it looked cute.

^ I was SO proud of this one xD!!

^ Felt simple and Clean. So....

^ Speaks for it's own, no?

^ I wanted to make this siggy colourful, but it didn't work out at all.... Ended up with just the letters in colour... Kinda sad...

^ Then there was this one I was so AMAZINGLY proud of... Kinda sad I'm proud of my own work. I just though it looked really nice. Pictures took me forever to blend in nicely. Didn't like the colours THAT much, so I took something more calm. And made another one. The last for now.

^ Which I am, believe it or not, totally in love with.

You gotta remember it take time to get used to photoshop, its bloody complicated as fuck try some tutorials to help you learn, thatd be my advice. I actually quite like the last one you posted, i think without the cloud strife and tifa lockhart text itd look much better.

It's the whole blending thing and making your own colour background thing I'm not good at, so I'm gonna stick with doing this until I get the hang of it.

Nice work you have there but I hope you don't mind a bit criticism, You use text a bit too much which makes your tags quite messy and ruin it all -points at the last tag in the first post- the Tifa Lockhart and Cloud Strife text, it ruined it for me. =\

Try looking at a few tuts it should help you get to the a good level at making tags or you can ask some of the members here to help you in what to do, we're quite a helpful bunch.

Kei - Thank you, and no I do not mind. Personally I liked the names added, but I do get what you mean with the siggy's being messy. I guess that's kind of my way of doing things, 'cause I really like things to be different than the standard signatures you see alot. What you said however, made alot of sense. I son't have the computer that had PhotoShop on it anymore, and in about Two months I should have a new compy, I'm going to try what you said.

Everybody has pretty much said what I wanted to say, but I was also going to mention, maybe you could try out something else instead of Tifa and Cloud all the time? Try some other video game characters or maybe even anime. It will bring a variety to your GFX port. Keep working! You have potential!

Wow you've definitely shot right past me when it comes to Photoshop. =P I've given up on making signatures unless I'm required to do one these days.

I love that your style is unique and that it most definitely stands out from most I've seen. However, when you get the hang of photoshop more, it'd be good if you considered a few points that I think would help you.

1. Try not to make the signature size too big because it ends up with a lot of empty space and if you try to fill it, well it just looks messy in my opinion. Smaller detailed signatures always look best in my opinion.

2. I like how you've made the text pop outside of the signature, however, I wouldn't be putting too much text in the signature to start with. So next time I suggest only putting one lot of text on the outside and maybe a small quote on the inside. Otherwise it does tend to get a bit messy and text is one of the most annoying things to accomplish in signatures in my opinion.

3. The borders should be less in your face, and not so big. It kind of overrides the main image and draws attention away in my opinion.

Anyway there's some constructive criticism for you and don't take it to heart like I'm just trying to be mean or anything. I think you have great potential and these are areas that I think should be worked on is all. =D

Kandy-Sugar - You are right, those are points I've got to work on, noticing it myself when I look back on them. I usually wanna fit "this" "this" OH! and i forgot "this" into siggies, it seems. I think it's so hard to do as well so I don't believe I went past you. =P Once I get PhotoShop back, I'ma try some new things.

Shiva - You're right. I should try some new things beside Cloud and Tifa, I want to? Yet I find it really hard to get inspiration for it. Seeing it's easy to get an idea about FF7 since it's my favourite game. As mentioned before, I will try some new things and keep in mind what you all said when I get PhotoShop back. ^^

You don't suck I like your style it's unique, which is always a major plus point regardless of how talented someone is. And Laguna's right, Photoshop is very complicated and probably intimidating to new users to some respect, you just need to keep practicing and you'll be awesome in no time! Your work is really, really good though and hope you keep it up!

Ahhhh, Tifa's so pretty!!!

I just wanted to let you all know that I got my new computer, and PhotoShop CS2 9.0 I'm happy. ^^ This is the first thing I made with it, so it's more like a little "YAY" siggy, even though poor Tifa babe looks so sad... (Huggles her)

Cloud's probably not the best siggy, but I like it either way. ^^

But yeah! More stuff from me soon!

Hah. Thanks babes. Yeah, the picture is from a-short-animation-thing, by Monti Oum, (however you write his name) from the "Dead Fantasy" stuff, basically Dead or Alive vs. Final Fantasy. That's where that picture is from. ^^ Tifa's so pretty in it.

And I know... No purple... But still my own style of siggies. I like it, and I'm getting used to it. I wanna be rebelious, and not go along with what "every other" sig looks like. xD Bwuahahahaha.

Good sig aswell, ive never seen that image of tifa before its a nice one. I like the softness ur sig has, its easy on the eye and nice to look at, good work =D
Only thing im not fond of is the text thru the middle, Id prefer it nearer the other text, that aside though its a really goood sig. =)

Thanks, hun. ^^ I agree that the "Do you see me" text is kinda misplaced, but it felt right at that moment. Placing it with the other text felt so crowded for some reason. I'm always really unsure as to where to put my text.

I tried to follow some advice the people gave me on the forum, to make the signature look less crowded, but still have my style in it. I think that worked decently. I'm more proud of my purple new sig though, haha.

I love the soft shade of purple you used and the nice little sparkles throughout the signature!

The little sparkles and butterflies on the edges look gorgeous.

Cloud is blended in really well there too!

You're definitely getting better. I really adore this signature. XD
