My gosh I love this one. XD

It's so hot!

I love the soft shade of purple you used and the nice little sparkles throughout the signature!

The little sparkles and butterflies on the edges look gorgeous.

Cloud is blended in really well there too!

You're definitely getting better. I really adore this signature. XD

Thank you, babes! I worked really thoughtfully on it. I kept wanting to add small stuff, like I always do, but I remembered people told me sometimes it gets too crowded, so I tried to keep it decent but still give it my own stile, so I added the butterfly/sparkly border ^^ xD I wasn't sure if I did Cloud right. But it looked decent enough. Yays I are so happy you liked it.

This ones your best yet I really really like the softness to the whole tag, that and the colours make it look reallypretty, good work =)

I didn't do much to the image. Though I used ALOT of filters... I like how it turned out, but I feel it's too simple... =/ I was pleased with the text though, but it's also not the greatest. *Is horrible with text*

Lol, purple sure is back. ^^ I just google the images, the one used of Tifa with the butterfly border, is from a picture from Dead Fantasy, a fan made thingy by Monty something. ^^ I just keep googling-Photobucket-ing till I find something that I think I can work with. I'm not too great with siggies yet, so I try to keep it simple, yet complicated... Like I always end up doing. xD

I now use Photoshop CS2 9.0 - I have no idea about the version so... =/ Like always I just mess around with siggies, 'cause I never took it too seriously, but lately I've been alot more into trying to improve. ^^

I had Justin's help with downloading some brushes, but I wouldn't know what'd look good on the newest siggy, my mind was kinda blank... Like the signature looks... xD Hah. Thank you for the comments though!

I actually think this is quite good, your best work yet.

It's simple (which is good, most of the time less is more), has a nice color scheme, and everything fits together well.

I might scoot Tifa a little closer to the center of the tag, and try to blend her in a bit, but otherwise I wouldn't change much else. Text is simple and effective (I'm not qualified to comment on this anyways ).

Great job.

Shi - Thanks, babes. ^^ I started making siggies ages ago... But all I ever did was paste a picture onto a black background... Which doesn't really... Satisfy me... xD So I guess I really started getting into it this year? ^^ That's when I started making the siggies I make.

You definitely have a different style from everyone else, which is good. Now you just have to practice a lot more and experiment with what you know so far, while also trying out new things and incorporating both into one.

This one's fairly decent. It's simple and I like that style a lot more to be honest. But I have to say that with simplicity comes with the artistic sense that's in the overall tag. This one is good, but it definitely needs a little more elements here and there. I think the face is a tad bit too big on the side...perhaps if you down-size the stock, you'll have more room to work on blending. I would also recommend using some colors. Experiment with the gradient maps and layers to see if you can come up with some interesting web of colors.

This one's getting there, yes, but the text is a bit off. I don't typically use a lot of text on mine...I think 4 or 5 text is the limit for me, because any more than that and the sig tends to look crowded. Okay, so you have Tifa as your focal point which is a good start. A good technique is to place any background behind her (could be C4D or brushwork) and slowly try to blend it with her. Or place anything on top of the Tifa layer, erase a few parts here and there, and then experiment with the Layers, setting it to Soft Light, Overlay, Color Dodge, etc. Another good one is the Gaussian Blur. Go to Filter > Blur > Glaussian Blur ( or any blur for that matter) and just see what you can come up with.

Just toy around with photoshop and at the same time try to have fun with it. ^^ You'll get the hang of it pretty soon and if you practice with at least one tag everyday, in two-three weeks time, you'll definitely see some improvement. So keep it up and I look forward to seeing more from you!

Nice work on this one!

I like the little sprinkles of stardust coming from her face. It looks cute. I do think it should be positioned away from her face more though.

The text is really good. I like the font you used for 'Fight'. But I think the bottom line of text should have had a different font.

I think making a few duplicate layers and playing around with the 'soft light' 'screen' blending options would help.

'Gradients' and adding 'adjustment layers' such as 'colour balance' and 'selective colour' make the image a bit more unique after all that editing. =)

This one is very cute.

I prefer the one without the border. =)

I like the swirly purple vines and the white background works reasonably well.

I would suggest searching the internet for some pretty backgrounds or textures to incorporate into you backgrounds for starters.

The text is situated well and I reckon you manged to keep it nice and neat for as many words you fitted in there.

Blegh... Blending needs alot of work... Smudge tool was a bitch, and the blur tool gave up on me. Or was it the other way around...? ...Huh.

But knowing me I couldn't get myself to leave it that way, and I really wanted some text on it. Listening to Linkin Park... =/ This came out.

I picked that 'cause of the relationship between Aerith and Tifa. Not sure if it's appropriate to explain here. So... =/ Meh... I'm not satisfied with either.

Mitsuki - Thanks for the comments, hun. I was at a total loss with that "Fight" siggy. What you said made sense, and I will definitely keep it in mind. I was already messing with the opacity, and the layers, plus messing around with the Soft Light, and Pin Light stuff. Far as the text goes... I got alot to learn... 1) I can't pick the best font in siggies. 2) I want TOO much stuff on it... My lines are just so long that I'd love to have on sigs. So I try to work out with that... Thanks so much for commenting though. ^^

Kandy-Babes - Thankies. ^^ Hehe. The "Stardust" is actually from Tifa's original pic from Last Order, and it's her tears. But I messed around with the Star Brush Tool, and placed starry-thingies over them. xD Was just messing around. I'm glad you like how the text worked out even though it was a long sentence to most probably. I just wanted it on there so bad.


Overal I'm pretty proud I used Aerith in my siggy... xD Never thought I'd do that. ^^ So I'm improving on picture changes! Huzzah!

I really like that one, I love the amount of colours used, it works amazingly well when done well, and you've pulled it off The stock and making it purple makes an effective background to work on and I love the splatter brushing and the vivid colours used, the font is also good and I like the multicoloured "colours" bit, it really sums up the sig. Really well done, and keep it up! ^^

This is a great one. I loved everything in it, the color, the text, it's all great!

I liked the idea, I just think the character design is a bit odd. Like Aeris' head seems too small. But the sig is cute and I lived the details. ^^

This one is great. I would only say the text should be placed lower, and Tifa shouldn't be that much faded. Other than that it's awesome -- I loved the colors in this one.

Hot sig is hot. Awesome image makes me drool. Loved everything in it!

This icon is great too, I wouldn't change anthing. ^^ I liked the contrast of the text with the light image and background.

This is a very adorable sig, I like the soft colouring you have used and the placing of the image, the soft lighting on her hair really brings focus onto the facial features and the text placement is good ^^

I like the text and the ghostly effect of transparancy you have used on the renders, if you are using multiple layers (which you probably will be) try using a soft edge low opaticy eraser or soft light brush to make certain parts further transparent and that would really enhance the image, the only part I was not overkeen on was the red swirl, it does feel a little out of place, but other than that, its a pretty solid sig.

For these two, I much prefer the first ones text, I find the positioning to be better than the second, I adore your soft violet colouring its an interesting style and often makes for some interesting pieces of work ^^.

Again the text placement is very good and I like how the word colours, is actually done using multiple colours, again the soft violet makes this very easy on the eye and quite interesting to look at.

In closing, keep up the good work, I'm always interested to see what new stuff you come up with and dont forget, soft lighting can really make a piece of work something fantastic, and dont underestimate the power of the 1px border, I look forward to seeing your future work ^^

I prefer the first, non purple version. I like the idea youv went for. The garniness of the image fits with your choice of words. Even though im not fond of noisy images, i prefer smooth looking tags i think uv done a nice job.

Really nice avatar but a little on the big size, i dont thinik the stock and text is enough to fill out the space.

This one looks fantastic. Theres nothing i would change about it at all. Very good placement and i like the colour xD. Usually i prefer a boreder but this one looks great as it is.
