your final fantasy job class?

one of the things i have always loved about final fantasy is the job classes. there are so many and they all rock. if you went to the final fantasy world and had to choose a class what would you be?

me. i think the name says it all. im a dragoon
 
I would choose to be a Paladin.

Some of the more magic-based classes might scare me.

As far as appearance goes, I like the Dark Knight class. It was pretty cool watching the females with Dark Knight clothing rise out of the ground in X-2.
 
I might be a generic knight/swordsman of some kind, or perhaps a ninja or even a martial artist/monk. Although magic is nice and I am a big fan of fire magic, but I always love the fighting up close and personal.
 
It's good enough to be a moogle class in FFTA2.
And there are chocobo knights in FFX.


As for me, I'm not too sure, but possibly a monk/martial artist type?
I don't do martial arts any more, but in a FF world it would probably be necessary to my continued survival lol. Level up!

Otherwise, perhaps a bard...but instead of the harp I'd play the electric guitar. :sup:
 
Red Mage baby! There's no question that I would be a Red Mage. It was my favorite in the original Final Fantasy. Then I could say,

"I am the Red Mage, pimpin' a feather in my hat. The name's [JoJo], need something? Yeah I got that. Watch your step, 'cause I stand where you fall. Eloquent abilities and that's not all. Ostentatiously fashionable. What's my name, bitch? Light you on fire, then I'll heal your shit. Just to burn you again and then I'll cut you in two. It takes three men just to do what I do!"

Although I hardly use magic in the FF games unless I absolutely have to, I'd probably choose to be a Magus. Their black magic is usually very powerful and fascinates me. For my main RP character, the outfit she wears could fit the Magus category, but she's not as magical as she is physical. If I had a second choice, I'd go with Assassin.

I think id wanna be a summoner ^^ I like the thought of being able to summon giant monsters that obey my word. That and it would make ruling the world a whole lot easier.
 
I like blue magic like Gau had in FFVI.
Ticks me off Square has done such a poor job including blue magic, if it's in the game at all, in recent games.
 
I think if I were in an FF universe I'd be a Green Mage, because out of all the classes it most coincides with my personality..
I mainly spend my time focusing on others around me, supporting my friends and making them have an easier time while sabotaging enemies and being manipulative to those I can manipulate. I think that`d pretty much translate into the Green Mage class when it came to doing battle or something..
 
A Sage from FFIII. Slightly less MP for access to all types of magic? Yes, please.

I'm the GUNNER.

Sniper Rifle (Barret Light 50), automatic shotgun, grenades, M1911 pistol, assault rifle (M1 carbine), and a LAW -- just to be safe -- would all be staples of my armory. Maybe a minigun. Shoot it, explode it, snipe it or outright mince it with buckshot is the way to go! I'd always be that one guy with the gun -- or girl, in my case.

Swords? Pretty, sharp things, to hang on the wall for decoration. Look at them shine in the morning.... :se7:

Meanwhile, I'd be shooting down monsters with the awesome power of HOT LEAD!!

Eh, I would take up either a geomancer or a blue mage.

Geomancer because using the elements is kind of something I like. Plus, dude, I get an axe. What more do you want?

As for Blue Mage, using the abilities of your opponents to rip apart said opponents is fun. I would also have a saber, and halfway decent armor, so I could survive without magic.

Hell yeah.
