Who is your favorite Archadian Judge?

I have two favourites, the first would be Judge Zecht also known as
Reddas.
I think he has a interesting back story. My second favourite is Judge Gabranth, I really like his design and the whole
impesonating his brother and killing the king thing was a pretty interesting
 
Judge Ghis that weapon he has, is awesome. The Four Dagger thing, and a sword, excellent. Shame hes so old.

And it irks me a bit when people say that
Reddas
is their favourite judge. He is NOT a judge during the gameplay, so, try and focus on the Judges who you actually see. Same goes with
Balthier, although he was never a Magister, just a regular Judge
.

Mine, is obviously Judge Ghis. I just get this...uber sexy vibe off him, older sexy man vibe, plus, his whole personality was just quite humorous. Shame he got killed off so early, he really did have a hidden agenda going on, he could have been quite the villain!

Ok maybe Zecht shouldn't count for the reason you described.
I guess I am more interested in the way that Reddas' past as a Judge has influenced his character, as opposed to his past itself. (if that makes any sense)
But any way, if we wanna get technical, then I might aswell just say that Judge Gabranth is my favourite JUDGE for the reasons I mentioned earlier.
 
I did like Ghis's hidden agenda, and Bergan's ruthlessness.

I like Gabranth and Drace better though, just because they turn out not to be obviously bad people. And Drace always seems to get screwed in a bad way, poor her. Gabranth wins points for actually looking young, unlike his fellow judges who certainly look older than they're supposed to be.

I love Zargabaath though, for his act of nobility in the end. Or attempt rather, before Balthier steals the opportunity.
 
My favourite judge would have to be Gabranth.. because
I loved the whole storyline behind him, especially a SaShman said about the impersonating his brother thing. I also liked it when he helped you defeat Vayne on the Sky Fortress Bahamut at the end of the game after having a change of heart.

Definitely Gabranth. I liked the whole sibling rivalry thing going on between him and Basch. Plus he wasn't so bad in the end.
 
I personally found that Zargabaath was my favorite judge, although we don't hear much about his back story he is still working for the preservation of Rabenastre as at the end
he is willing to use the airship he is in control of to ram the falling sky fortress bahamut as to stop it landing on rabenastre

I would have to say that Judge Gabranth is my favorite. I really like his twin swords, and his fighting style, but most importantly, his misunderstand on he holds his honor, unlike his brother, Basch. He doesn't understand how Basch can still maintain his honor, even when he's at his lowest point....

Another reason why I like him the best is that he's the icon on the title FINAL FANTASY XII. I didn't notice it until he began one of his attacks, when he says, "You life ends at my blade!". I then knew that there is something important about this character. This is why Gabranth is my favorite judge. :D
 
My favorite Archadian judge would have to be Judge Gabranth he looked so sick in his armor. In the opening of final fantasy xii Gabranth is leading the other judges I found that so cool. His weapon is pretty cool.
 
I agree that Judge Bergan was a major villain in the game and had a pretty cool looking weapon. Another one of the judges that I liked a lot was Judge Drace even though we really didn't get to see much of her. I think she must be like pretty powerful to stand up there with those guys and I kinda wanted to see her attack the party just to see what she could do. Kinda a shame that she was killed off :/
 
My Favourite Judge Is Judge Gabranth he is a great warrior who never gave up.
 
My favourite Judge was...Bergan. He was blatantly the most evil and sadistic one. He seemed to be like, a homage to Darth Vader when he
picked Drace up, by her face, and flung her across the room

I liked Drace too, she was possibly the only Judge who wasn't corrupted, and actually wanted to do what was right by the law. It was a shame she died so soon.
 
I found Drace to be a 'too bad' kind of thing. I would have liked to have seen more of her. I did NOT like Bergan, he just pissed me off. For being a big, bad, sadistic Judge, he wasn't a terribly difficult boss though.

I liked Gabranth the most, his armor was cool, he really was the start of everything going bad with Basch and Vaan. But in the very end he finally turned around which was nice to see. Gabranth truly believed in the Empire, but he had a good heart, which I think showed the most when Drace fell. I never felt that Gabranth was bad and the team was good, more like Gabranth had a different way of seeing things. The team believed in one thing, Gabranth believed in the other, which I find to be more interesting than good versus evil.
 
Drace HAD to be killed off. It reinforced the ideas that all the Judges are powerhungry bastards only interested in themselves. Shame she died though.
BERGHAN! He packs his body with Nethicite. Truly a corrupted one, who gives himself over to its power that easily.
 
Wow I'm rather suprised that there are other people who like Ghis. In another thread, I think it was the best looking male FF character, there also were people who nominated him! I guess it's his voice and his smirk? His sleep-deprived face and cheekbones work for him as well. ..Alright, sorry for this guys. It's too bad he got killed off so fast. I haven't finished XII yet, to be honest but Ghis and Drace are my favourite judges so far
 
I love all of them, but if I had to choose one, I'd pick Gabranth as my favorite. His armor and weapons look awesome and he had the best lines in the game (in my opinion), his VA was also good and his character is interesting. Like the some have suggested, Gabranth really has a "different way of seeing things".

Drace, Ghis and Zargabaath also kick ass. I love them all. (not so much love for Bergan, though)
 
IMO I thought the guy was the last judge to be seen in the game was the coolest. I think he commanded the Alexandria airship?
Also, if Basch counts as a judge, then he would be my joint favourite :D
 
I would have to say, it would be Zagrabath (I'm not sure of the spelling) >_> I like how he looks, yes we haven't seen much of him but I like what he did at the end so he would be by far my favorite.
