What you will never wear.

:hmmm:

Heels over 2 inches (so...pretty much heels in general)
I already have a battle with gravity when I've got at least a slight bit of elevation in my shoes, so there's no point of me wearing heels when I have to dress up. Honestly I'm really glad I changed from being a teacher to being a nurse. Nurses don't have to wear heels. :yay:

Skirts
When I was 15, I was extremely fat in the legs, and got made fun of by nearly EVERYONE about it, so now I refuse to wear anything that shows any leg. So skirts of any kind don't cut it. Hell, anything longer than a short skirt looks like an old lady's wardrobe anyway.

Ridiculously tight shirts
I don't like people being able to see my stomach through my shirt, because anything tight like this, it totally sticks out. I mean, not grossly "shirt rides up and exposes my belly constantly" tight, but still. :hmph:

Shorts of any kind
See Skirts for explanation. Same thing. :mokken:

Turtle-Necks
I cannot have anything touching my neck. Period. It makes me feel like I'm choking.

And of course, the above mentioned Visor that needs no explanation. :wacky:

You're right, nurses don't wear heels; they wear those awful looking white shoes that age you by ten years.

And it nice to see I'm not the only one with a problem with those....not-shoes, Pooley. It's becoming a trend where I am and quite frankly its for those with more money than common sense.

Overalls were another thing I would swear never to wear again. And leggings... my stalker wore them like pants and that was yet another reason I wanted her out of my life-lack of basic fashion sense.

i wouldn't say it's for those with more money than sense, because they're dirt cheap. you can get a pair for £10, and i'd say it wouldn't be all that hard to get them cheaper.

oh, crocs as well. they need no explanation. they're crocs.

But Pooley, you're implying they have £10 of common sense.

And indeed, crocs are horrible. My mum actually got a pair that or fuzz-lined for winter and I sighed in a mixture of embarrassment and pity.

anything that has shoulder pads are just wrong

those stupid fucking pants where the.... crotch :-)wacky:) bit comes down to your knees, they just look fucking stupid

theres fucking loads of shit ive seen but i cant think of anything, this must mean im over due a spending spree

Girls clothes...

Boxers, these were never comfortable to me. I'd rather just not wear them.

Overalls. Okay they were cool on hillbilly Jim in the 80's, but I'm never ever wearing those. I just don't like the way they look.

Dressy clothes, suits and such. Unless my job forces me, I'm not wearing this stuff anywhere. It's not too cool. I'd rather get married wearing a T-shirt, jeans, and a tie.

That's all I can think of for now.

Turtlenecks, overalls, sandals, headbands, v-necks, jean jackets, bow ties, fish hats, and anything shit-green colored.

There's probably more, just can't think of them off the top of my head :)

I cannot think of anything at the moment but this: A Christmas Sweater

You know, the ones with Christmas type things on it and/or are colored green and red?

I think they are hideous on anyone but an old person :( I'm sorry to anyone who likes them, I just don't see the appeal before the age of 50...

ive seen some positively vile stuff of late, and most of it seems to be in the mens section of topshop. tom would get disowned. i swear whover decided it was all in fashion and filled topman with it all was just having a laugh at all the idiots who would then buy it all thinking they all look cool. good god

theres an awful lot of the 80s stuff back in as well. my mum had a jumper when i was a kid and i seen one identical to it, had to ring her and have a laugh about how vile it still was haha.

leggings as pants make me laugh, its like you came out and forgot your shorts/skirt. id never ever wear leggings and not wear something that covered my arse. fat girls in leggings is such a common sight as well. why oh why oh WHY do they do it?! you can see eeeeeverything

Suits and anything similar that's formal. I hate this kinda stuff and honestly don't see the point in it. The same with office work clothes (shirt, trousers, shoes, tie). You're in an office where no one cares how you look! What the hell is the point in having to be so uncomfortable for hours? :hmmm:

People must be too ugly to wear cardigans, which is a shame. I'd never wear a tank-top/wife-beater because I do not live in a caravan with seventeen siblings. Also any of those tap-out, affliction, or ed hardy type t-shirts
