My gran got me 2: Flood by Stephen Baxter and Witch Way to Murder by Shirley Damsgaard. £1 each in our local charity shop!! Im chuffed as I wanted these when I worked in Borders, but couldnt afford them, so patience does work!

I've bought a lot of books recently.
I'm starting up my Sweet Valley Collection and I've most recently started buying the Sweet Valley University books.
I've nearly got them all now, so here's hoping it won't be too long until I have them all. <3
It's based around two girls who are identical twins. Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield and it basically is set from when they are kids up until they reach University and they even made a T.V series from the Sweet Valley High books. Though only the first season out of four came to DVD.
Apparently there is meant to be a movie on it too.

Last book that i bought was Cross country by James Patterson. He is such an awesome authour, he always keeps you on the edge of your seat, never wanting to put the book down. Any ways just bought it like an hour ago so will be reading it soon.
Harvesting the Heart by Jodi Picoult.
I absolutely adore every one of Picoult's books, and I think this is the only one that I've not read. My grandma picked it up for me today, but I haven't started it quite yet.
It's about a woman whose mom abandoned her at five years old, and has just left her father. She gets married and has a child of her own, and begins to wonder why her mother left, etc. Then she doubts her own abilities as a mother.
It sounds really interesting and I can't wait to get started on it. I've loved every single on of Picoult's books except this one and her newest novel, so, here's to hoping she won't let me down.

I bought 5 of 'The Unicorn Club' books. It's a series from the original Sweet Valley Twins books.
In the books one of the twins is in a club called The Unicorn Club and it basically just delves more into the girls who are involved and such.

Catch 22, and a few other books but I'll focus on just one.
I read Catcher and the Rye and have since found my self interested in books written in that particular style, also Lemony Snicket has an influence over me XD
Plus I love the 50's.

Sweet book about well, everything. Starts off with space and how scientist believe it came to be, to the dinosaurs, geology of the earth...etc. I'm halfway through it and it's some pretty fuckin' interestin' stuff.

'The short second life of Bree Tanner' or whatever its called, that new Twilight one
I can't say it was anything special, but it was on offer for like £3.87 in Asda, so I fanwhored and bought it. It was ok but.....well, can't say it left much of a lasting impression
Touch the Dark and Claimed by Shadow by Karen Chance. They're the two first books in the Cassie Palmer novels. I wanted to buy the third one, but it wasn't available, even though the fourth was there on the shelf. I think I'm gonna give them a go when I've read the last book I bought before them two.
I bought the entire Darren Shan Vampires Assistant series. A little childish, but certainly far better than Twilight or Vampire Diaries. I paints a much better picture of them, I must say. The film was quite good too.

The Adamantine Palace by Stephen Deas.
I read some very positive reviews of the sequel King of the Crags recently and decided to give the first book a go. It's pretty good so far. Deas has a very interesting take on an old fantasy stable (dragons) and is really putting some fire and fury back into them. I've heard that the sequel should be even better, so I am very much looking forward to reading that one.

I have this book called Silverwing. It's about this newborn bat on his first trip to Hiberniculum, but he gets lost. He makes some friends and, of course, enemies. All in all he gives back the sun to the bats.
This one was a real page turner, so I've already finished it and bought The King of the Crags
As good as the first one was, this one is much much better. His characters are much more fleshed out this time around and the plot seems a bit harder to see through.

Eat. Pray. Love by Elizabeth Gilbert. I'm halfway through it and I must say it is fantastic. I never thought an autobiography could interest me so much. Everyone should read it.
Ive ordered Stephen Kings first volume of the Dark Tower series. Waiting for its arrival, hope it shows up tommorow. My ex tried to get me into reading it, but I couldnt be bothered. But my best mates on the third book and is just raving about it.
