and there is no way NOT to do what it sais, so I click ok and I get some advertisement shit. Sometimes it's a survey, sometimes it's the prize thing you see above. This didn't start happening until recently, so if you don't mind me asking, What is this about?

its kind of like when you get a pm and the notice box comes up...so i guess I'll call it a notice box
 
Hmm, if it's getting out of hand. Go to your User CP and then head into EDIT OPTIONS scroll down till you see Private Messaging. Change it to where you DON'T get a notice box for every new PM. That should prevent it from popping up again until mods find out what it is.

And uhh, man. Check your Computer Protection, while you're at it. Just in case.

It never happened until last week is the thing, and it's not like the adds that were normally here...

and I already know I have shit for protection on this computer, I refuse to put money into this shit of a computer :mokken:
 
Well, it will become a cesspool of crap if you let what ever Virus out there eat at your Computer...better safe than sorry, I always say.

Since it's a PM-type notification, just shut off your notification boxes and it should stop.
 
No no no, that was just an example, its more of a scripted window, like a notice box. It never says anything about a pm though. I'll get a screenshot next time it happens

And again, CHECK YOUR PROTECTION. You're gonna be sorry when it finally kills your system >.< It's for your best. Besides, getting Virus protection doesn't cost anything. Try googleing it.

I have AVG, shitty shit it is. My oldest sisters BF came over to look at my computer and he MANUALLY removed more virus's (mainly trojans) than AVG even knew existed :gonk: and yes, I scan and update regularly
