User Title "Glow" busted?

As the title says I bought the User Title Glow and went to the inventory screen to put the color instead it asks me what my title should be, I input it but its still white ._.; didn't ask me what color to use or anything >.>;

EDIT: NVM it looks like its working now >.>

EDIT #2 : My bad its not working lol I jumped the gun on that

I believe you have to activate it at the configuration tab, for it to work?
 
User Title "Glow" still doesn't show up for me!

the other thread was closed before my problem could be resolved. :/ anyway, I got mine on August 10 and it wasn't working. I decided to wait a while to see if it was just a bug in the system but then I saw Aaron's thread today and it came back to my attention that it still wasn't working. :wacky:

i have it check as "active" as well, so that's not the problem i don't think

Pweez help :wtf:
 
You guys are sure you went to the vBShop purchased: Pre-defined User Title, checked out, and Saved?

Try logging out, then back in, or deleting your browser's cache. Hitting Ctrl + F5 sometimes does the trick, too.
 
lol same here I went back and checked and I forgot my user title was always colored x.x;;

but yeah bold works but Shadow and Glow doesn't seem to work on my end either, all it asks is to put the title I want and a save button, doesn't change anything x.x;

but yes Kira I'm positive Its purchased and activated just doesn't ask me about color -.-;;

I'm just wondering how to fix it. I've tried everything. logging in again, logging out, then logging in AGAIN, and ive even tried unclicking and then reselecting teh activate button. still not working. I'm wondering if it's cuz of google chrome? :huh:
 
No, works in Chrome for me as well. Try deleting your cache.
 
Sorry about this, I accidentally specified the item to be a 'User Title Change' instead of 'User Title Change Style'. I'm deleting the Glow and Shadow User Title items and making a new one. Give me a few minutes. Thanks.
 
Weird, 'cause it worked fine for me. :hmmm:
 
I actually bought the glowing user title but since it didnt work I bought the pre-defined as well haha. Refunds? :tehe:
 
The pre-defined items work fine, but the ones where you have to manually input a #hex code (glow and shadow in this case) were the wrong type of item. This has been fixed now, so it should work.
