As in training you mean Powerleveling

sorry if it came out harsh but it is the truth. i don't want to have easy kills if i kill anyone i want it to be because i managed to beat a good player not one that is just comming in and also i get my own reward for helping out the lower level people and that is all the money i get from it. also i could give a few items to help them

In relation to what Kit has already mentioned, the Directors have declared that 'power leveling' is prohibited and your account will be reset if indication of such cheating is detected. Steer clear of this.
don't worry saix i am not going to power level i am offering to take people as far as i can, and then leveling with them against monsters.

In other words, you are using your higher level advantage to help him further progress into places that he could not get to.
"helping them get as far as I am" is just as bad as leveling them so they can get there.

Main reason why we had to make the LV Requirement NPC to access the new areas. It wasn't that necessary at first, but since we noticed that people at such low levels were reaching the Tower of Elendil and Temple of the Ancients so quickly, we took some "necessary" modifications to how sections should be accessed.
