I have been somewhat inactive for a little while so I didn't notice

And Kuhn, don't be too sure of the RPG being very close to ready to be opened, there isn't even a new world map yet, I wonder when that contest for a new world map for the RPG will end, then the winner's work of art perhaps be shown in the thread that was created for it?

If not, then I guess the RPG players would see the world map shortly after (hopefully?) anyways. :P

How many spells will mages start out with anyways? Or is that top secret information? <.< I guess I should keep my nose out of the business of others, but it will sort of be our own in a way, when the spells are being acquired, so it is just a matter of time... >.>

What path is everyone planning to take in the new RPG anyways? I'm going all-out with spells, not weapons. I'll start out as a Mage or Sage, whichever name it will be going by in the RPG.

So I plan to be a player that will raise MAG DEF significantly as well as DEF. ;) Since I won't have to bother with STR, DEX or EVA (haven't recently bothered with EVA anyways), all other stats will be able to get quite high, so that should make for a good change for the fellow players that will be in the RPG along with me, be it in the same area or other areas entirely.

Sorry for rambling again... >_< I'll end the message right here, even though I still have so much left in me. XP
 
I plan to probably be a mage this time around... high EVA as well so then i won't be bothered with def since they can't hit me :D
 
Seeing everyone wants to be a Mage, I'll probably be a Warrior, Summoner or other class that might interest me.
 
Not with me, no such thing as a target I can't hit ;) I'll be a paladin as always, physical stats while getting healing spells and buffs
 
Not a bad idea, but Mages can keep their opponent(s) reeling with spells lasting multiple turns, damaging on every turn, making frequent healing absolutely necessary.

And Marsh, you'll eventually be in fights against monsters with more than 300 DEX, then you'd be in deep trouble, then what? You'd be taking serious damage from every attack, getting you at a difficult disadvantage to overcome.

But that's your choice, it should help early on anyways. :P
 
Meh... I guess I'll be a thief/assasin as always...

Which is technically an all round char anyways... can't neglect any but DEF... and MAAAAYBE Mag Def, but it's not recommended... Mag is for spells, which are quite important as well, and Well, STR, SPD, EVA, DEX are musts...
 
My MAG stat will be maxed out before you know it, wait and see, I'll fight to level up as much as I can, as soon as I can, and, though I will make sure other stats are raised too, MAG will be my top priority, as a Mage.
 
But I never read you mention MAG DEF! :gasp: That is the weakness most players tend to overlook! Me having been one of them, but that will be one of the many changes that will come with the new RPG. XD
