Pancakes really are easy...
And so is rice!
Although... rice is harder than pancakes.
Pasta is easy too, but tricky, because you need a different amount of water for pasta than you do for rice.
Also, enchiladas are tasty.

Doesn't rice have the same amount of water as rice? For pasta, I just use plenty of water because you strain the excess water anyway. So, in actuality, rice is easier, as long as you have measuring equipment.

Mostly just the batter being uncooperative. Tried to flip one too early and it folded in half. Burned the hell out of one because we didn't flip it soon enough. We eventually got about 4 right. Had enough batter for 10.
