How do you feel about this family?
For anyone that doesn't know, the Duggars have a show called 19 Kids and Counting (Or is it 20 now) It's basically a reality TV show about a family that has 19 (or 20 or 21, or 30) kids. Apparently they are also not recieving any government assistance.
Do you agree with their choice to have so many kids? Do you think they are good parents? Are they exploiting their family on TV? How do you feel about them sheltering their children? (Home schooling, online college courses, protesting a gas station for getting a liquor liceness)
I've only seen a few episodes. Regardless of whether or not the world is over populating, how can these parents get to know any of their children when they have so many? How much one on one time do these kids get with their parents?
I was also not happy to see that they use a "buddy system" basically an older sibling is paired up with a younger sibling to help raise it. Sorry, but it's your responsibility to raise your kids, not your own children.
I also read that on average, Michelle Duggar gets pregnant on average every 18 months. Their last child (or two kids ago) was born almost three months premature.
