Dragon Age: Origins is really irritating me, in regards to DLC. I'm really enjoying playing the game, but when you get a conversation option and it's like "Go here? [Requires purchase of DLC £9.99]
I'm like...
I hate that, also I enjoy that game but I'm upto apart now where I am stuck and can't seem to find the exit to world map area, it's not even on the location map
DLC shouldn't be there too make the game better, if the game was good enough already it wouldn't need DLC, fair enough multiplayer map packs are useful for people who play online but the prices for a 2 or 3 new maps are insane.
I'd get it, but I've slapped a ban on myself to not buy anymore games until I've completed the ones I've got so far.
Me too had to stop my self from buying Killzone 3 or Dragon Age 2 simply because Resident evil and other games I have wouldn't get started or finished
Speaking of Resident Evil went back on today and managed to get S ranking on 2 more chapters leaving me with 2 more before I can get the last figure tom complete the trophy and leaving me with 2 more trophies before Platinum.
I say that and I got Sonic the Hedgehog. However! It's an old classic, the very FIRST game I'd ever played and couldn't resist. It was free from my Plus membership. Can't wait to play it, just need to do this assignment and I'm going to indulge myself in it.

If you're looking for an in depth RPG, don't buy DAII. However, if you're looking for an action/adventure with RPG elements, buy DAII. It's not as good as the first one, but has a few things the first one didn't have.
That, and Bioware trolled the fuck out of their fanbase. A lot of their fanbase was disappoint and said negative things about it on their forums. The staff called it trolling... and banned them from playing their game.
Don't like DA2? Tough luck, don't bitch about it or they'll ban you from the game you payed hard earned money for.
They sold their souls to the EA devil.

I've become addicted to Astro Tripper since I downloaded it this morning. It's one of those sci-fi shoot 'em up games. I've been playing it on the easiest setting and even then it's still hard. I've only got as far as the third level of the Training Grounds. That spider boss is really pissing me off. >_>

I can't do anything money-wise atm cause I have no idea what's happening. I'm supposed to be getting a flat with my friend Katherine, yet I haven't heard from her since Sunday night. Getting a bit pissed off now. So I can't apply for a job until I know where I'm going to live, ergo, only money stream is student loans + maturing bonds (I get 1.6k in June)

Where are you supposed to be going? I think I've only encountered this problem once, and it was fixed actually with a good old fashioned death.

I gave Dragon Age: Origins another try after a short hiatus.
I've just recruited Sten and I'm fighting werewolves outside the Dalish camp. I have to say, I'm glad I picked it up again. The interactions between Alistair and Morrigan are pure genius. xD

I LOVE the Alistair and Morrigan dialogue 
It never ceases to amuse me. You're just a little further ahead in that game than I am, now, Ami.
Although, I think I prefer DA:II. The battle system, anyway, is much more fun. They haven't changed it much, but the tweaks they have made are well worth it.

I'm alternating between playing Devil Survivor (I don't need to tell you about that. I've been fangasming for weeks/months to anyone who'll listen.) and Ace Attorney. The latter is surprisingly fun. Though I only like the court scenes really. The investigation segments bore me after a while. I love the tension that's racked up and how you have to properly think to move forward.
It's a fun game. I'm on the fourth case now and the manga style of drawing and the 8bit, yet awesome pieces of music are drawing me right in.

I'm starting to see more Morrigan and Leilana interactions. I just simply LOVE how Morrigan's mocking and condescending towards everyone. I can't blame her due to her background, but it makes for such brilliant drama.

Yeah, Morrigan is such a bitch on that game. She has funny dialogue with everyone, kinda like Merrill from DA2.

Merrill is God Tier waifu on that game. Everyone else is fucking smalltime. 
Yeah, she does kick some serious ass. It's just a shame she can't fucking heal anyone. Stupid blood mage bullshit.
So, Merril = Good character to use? I haven't used her at all so far D:
Merril is amazing. She kicks ass, can't heal though, and the has the best love interest background in the game.
Also, Joey, Blood Magic is FUCKING WIN. I would totally be a Blood Mage.
