I got an xbox only because i was, and still am in love with halo. Its funny.. before i traded in my ps3 for the xbox i thought... will FFXIII be on xbox too... so i had to do some research before the trade because if it wasnt, i wouldnt have traded. Even though it'll be a bit different i won't mind. I still wont be able to get it for a bit anyways. Plus ill have some reviews on what you guys think of it before i play.. ill most likely get it anyways though.
 
Well, I'm impressed with it so far.

For PS3 users, the games DOES have trophies. Damon got two already. :mokken:

Was funny to see how many peple were on FFXIII yesterday. Damon was like, "Is it so bad over half of the friends on my list are on it?" xD

Oddly enough, only two of my friends were on XIII that I saw yesterday. Those two being Stang and Mits! Apparently no one else had it yet :gasp:
 
Damon and I literally ran home from Asda when we got the copy of the game. Mainly for two reasons, actually. Firstly, we wanted to get on it as soon as possible and then you've got the fact that it was late at night, so we didn't want to get mugged. xD
 
I am Lone_Jedi if you want to add me Abu. :jess: I wont be getting FFXIII sadly until next week. :sad2: Unless by some miracle I run into some more money it wont be until I get paid again. And I read the last few pages and I am all for playing our rival in UC2....as soon as I get it. :wacky:
 
I finally got my own copy today, but I think I'll leave until tomorrow when I go back to my dad's to play it. Too tired to do so right now and would rather go to bed than risk the lack of sleep I've been having lately.

Can't stop looking at the screen whenever Damon's playing, really. It's been so tempting just to take the controller and ...

also, I think my Xbox is about to RRoD on me >.< I keep getting the 2 red flashing lights that apparently mean it is overheating, but there is no reason it SHOULD be overheating >.< There is nothing around it, and I blew any dust that was in it out so I don't know WHAT it is... it only seems to do it when we are charging a controller though :hmmm: so THAT might be it
 
luckily it doesn't delete everything, but if you send it in to be fixed it takes a month or two before you get it back >.< it takes quite a bit unfortunately >.<

Given they use external harddrives as well as internal ones, I would ASSUME it wouldn't all be deleted? Also...If the warranty is expired, then no. They have to pay x amount of money. :sad3:
 
Luckily for me the xbox was recieved for christmas in 2008, and the warranty for RRoD is three years. so I won't have to pay, and yeah all my data is on the HD so it's safe :jess:

And I really, really want to get my new games soon. Uncharted is on top of the list now that I've got FFXIII. Then it's onwards with the next game!
 
I might be getting my new tv today! :pockets: If so, I'll be able to actually play games beyond White Knight Chronicles...meaning I'll be killing on UC2! Hurrah!

Not only did I NOT get my TV, I have NO idea of when I might be able to get it now.... :sad2: However, I've given up on my tv, and am just gonna be playing games on my video programs recording preview (minus the recording). Luckilly, mine doesn't have lag like most! :pockets:
