[T] The Hideout

I should play more of it. I know I should now I've got all the free time, but I'm still not as motivated as I should be. Mark, get me motivated, dammit! -__-

Page 69 :ohoho:

Disgaea 2 is annoying, I can't beat this stage because of ally damage -20% and 6 mages that can deal ungodly damage to me, fucking giga star :rage:

And Dragon Quest 4, GOD am I glad that i'm away from scottish areas... But now I have to deal with chavvy french people :sad3:

WHERE ARE ALL THE COOL PEOPLE!?

Dragon Quest :ryan:

Though, I will quickly admit that DQVIII is a terrific game. Also, with that being said, due to the mere existence of it, I can totally call bullshit on FFX's lack of an overworld system. :mokken:

DQ8 is one game I can't play for long periods of time, I get bored with how easily I get lost on the map :sad3:

Not so much bad as it's not very... Engrossing for me :hmmm:

Same, that's a major off putter for me :sad3:

I can't play for long before I think 'fuck it, i'll keep grinding later'

In DQ4 it's strangely... Enjoyable :hmmm: price on equips may also be a reason for it.

I just hit chapter 4 last night, getting the two sisters equipped before I head up to the north :hmmm:

Why do some of the monsters on Gran Pulse just seem to beat the shit out of you so easily? I've gotten up to there now on my file of FFXIII and it annoys me when some of them just pwn me.

Because some of them are stupidly powerful and you can only realistically kill them after the final boss is dead. xD

When I first got there I just dodged every one of them while I dashed to the cave :wacky:

Nowadays, Adamantoises are going extinct :tehe:

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait... WAT?!

You got bored getting lost in one of the best games SE has put out in recent years? A massive world map that you could explore, that wasn't a shit linear line (FFXIII)... AND YOU GOT BORED?! :rage:

I really liked DQVIII the last time I played it... I just got so sick of the grinding D=

That's easily one of the little great things about it. The fact that it didn't make everything easy or hold your hand through it. (FFX & FFXIII) You actually had to work for it. If you didn't grind, it was time to get a strategy down. You could take the final boss at about level 35. It's hard as fuck, but THAT'S PART OF THE DQ CHARM. It's not meant to be easy. :mokken:

I can't play for long before I think 'fuck it, i'll keep grinding later'

GET BACK TO PLAYING IT THIS INSTANT BEFORE I SLAP YOU. While DQIV is great, I loved me some DQVIII due to the fact that it's one of the only titles SE has released in recent years that isn't mediocre trash. (FFX & FFXIII)

AND YES, I MAD! :rage:

I think I'll stick it on after Baten Kaitos, which is one of those sleeper hits. No one knows about it, but those that do, totally love it.

I haven't played BK properly since 2006 according to my save logs. Oh dear >_>

I've been playing too much Lego Harry Potter Years 1-4 just recently. Can't help myself, I just LOVE how much fun it is. It's the first of any Lego game I've encountered and I've been going at it for hours now. Even though I know the story, I think it's funny how there are no voiceovers.

I'm just on Year 2 now. I'm moving a bit faster than I was before, but I'm just, like, addicted to the side games in Gringotts. I can't enough of them. xD

Apparently so :mokken:

Also, I nearly beat Xigbar last night, the bastard made me RAGE when he decided to use that invincible attack 3 times in a row :rage: I imagine the people below heard me shout at the TV

THough getting Final Form at that point is made of win :tehe:

Of course there are. I completed all the tutorials and got a trophy for it. They're called bonus levels. I'm sure one of them is called Become A Builder or something? :hmmm:
