I adore the colors! Even though it's a vibrant aqua blue and white it doesn't make you squint. The effects are just so pretty and it's all just so very clean and pretty. Oh so pretty!

Lesse Since I entered for a change ((Scary I know right ;D)) I'm quite happy with the way mine turned out BUT I'ma talk about each one 
#1 . I know who did this one xD your styles easy to spot nowadays :3, I like the waterpainting feel this one exudes its quite beautiful and well done, The Text works nice too though SOTW 26 looks a tad distorted ((probably on purpose)), I love how it looks in general I only think the bottom lighting could have been toned down just a tad, I could barely make out her torso.
#2 . Unique look, I love the Aqua Spirit theme, Like Piglet said the Vibrant Blue/White meld perfectly and aren't overexposed so that it hurts the viewers eyes, I love the 3dish look of the bubbles, and the aura it seems to let out, The text used looks very fitting for it, Over all this is one of my favorites this week.
#3 . This one got my vote in the end, I loved Borderlands and I loved Lillith even moreso its a perfect 3d render and its blended perfectly in the sig, I know who made this one too rofl ((you use that texture alot ;P)) I loved your text use and the various fonts used to make it look unique :3, you did a amazing job like always~
#4 . Hmm... I'm not even sure on this one, looks like one piece so I doubt I'll even know what the scene/text means, it looks nice and all and the animation is well done but I dunno that face put me off D:
But Regardless I voted on #3 , good work to everyone who entered

Everything about 3 beats the rest. Colours and lighting are in short. Brilliant.
Very difficult to choose between #1 and #3 !
#1 has gorgeous colours and I absolutely love the composition of the piece. It looks like a painting!
The colours are beautifully soft and whispy, and the lighting is subtle. The bright, pink area towards the bottom-centre is perhaps a bit too vibrant and doesn't quite compliment the rest of the piece, but I do love the blending. The text is also fantastic! =)
#2 is also beautiful. The composition is fantastic and I love the droplets-effect.
The tones and colours are superb, somehow creating a cool, melancholy theme. I'm not sure this piece needed any text. Like #1 , it's quite like a painting, and would have been perfectly fine without 'Rayne, Spirit of Water.' Alternatively, you could try using a darker, simpler font and placing it horizontally towards the right, just below the middle of the right hand side where there's a lot of white space. 
#3 feels dark, almost grungey, yet at the same time soft and ethereal. I love the render and the placement. The effects in the background, which look like stars and constellations, work well. The lighting and colours are beautiful. The text is pretty good too, although I'm not too sure about the placement. In order to balance out the piece, I would try placing it on the right hand side.
#4 The animation in this is neat. I love the fonts you've used in the text. The piece is well framed too, and the white section below the main image is a perfect size. The face makes me smile. He looks just a little bit evil. 
I think I'm gonna vote for #1 !
