Shoulda got rid of the RP section...

I walked into this thread, and read the post, rubbing my chin in thought. My stomach sank; how awful would it have been if the RP section had vanished as part of an April Fool's Day prank! I couldn't bear the thought; I had just spent the last week and a half of my free time doing almost nothing other than writing up a character bio and three lengthy posts for the RPs I was currently involved with.

I sighed, and took a sip of my water. I supposed I should be thankful that it didn't actually happen. I moved my mouse down to the OpenOffice icon down at the bottom of my screen, and reopened the RP post I was currently working on, grateful that all my recent work hadn't been in vain.
 
You can see it now, with all the people bitching and moaning about the loss of their precious spam section. :monster:
 
Ringo opened the thread made by Ke$ha. No doubt it would be another one of his rather shitty spam threads. After a couple of seconds of waiting on the slow as shit internet he was on, Ringo's suspicions were confirmed. He sighed as he picked up his green glass that held his tea and drank some. The tea was flavorless, not like the tea he made back at home. After a few sips, he placed the glass down and wrote a reply to Ke$ha's shitty thread.
 
Curiosity had struck Raye as she read the beginning of the title of Ke$ha's thread that popped up in the Latest Thread Posts listing, but surprise replaced curiosity as she read his suggestion to get rid of the RP section for April Fools. She wondered why he had posted it in Guadosalem, but then remembered that the Spam Section was gone. He was right of course, who knew what kind of trouble would enfold with that section - for she saw how the people freaked when Spam and Veteren's gone; but this was like a second home to her. If it were gone, there would be a riot, she was sure of it. But she figured that would never happen. She typed a reply to the thread, and then got back to listening to the OST she had downloaded only recently.
 
Connor curiously Clicked the thread after reading the title. "What is this madness?" he thought. After reading the Post he came to realise that Cody, the thread starter, was just attempting to annoy people by suggesting the Removal of the RP section. Sighing. Connor clicked "post reply" beneath the messaage box and Posted the following message:

"Should this actually happen. you will cause a Rage so large you would be Banned in an instant"

Smiling to himself. He watched the post appear and waited for the oh so Hillarious response. "this might just take my mind off my broken shoulder." He said.

He wondered when Cody would post.
 
Cody sighed looking at the response on his laptop. He wondered what would have happened if the RP section had been closed. His BF and his friends would angrily riot he knew. But fear wouldn't have stopped him if he had been in a position to make it happen.

After all, bravery was something that the heart of the warrior required. He knew that even if he often was an annoying idiot. In his heart, he was brave. He turned away from the screen, a stray tear running down his check. He had to be brave. He couldn't let what happened last time happen again.

If only he could have saved her.....

Ringo opened the thread again and saw the best post in the thread and laughed. "BOOM", he yelled out loud, in a very Hal like fashion.
 
Despite being a fan of FFXIII, Diar found himself chuckling at Martel's post, before walking off in search of something better to do. He was unsuccessful.

Cody opened the thread, expecting more sarcasm. He was sorely disappointed by what he found.
 
The suggestion that Martel had made Raye's day so much more amusing. If that suggestion actually was done for April Fools, she could only do so much as laugh at the faces of the addicted fanboys and girls - and it would have been the best April Fools joke made in FFF history. After replying, she realized she was getting hungry - and went off temporarily for food .
 
Unable to concentrate on my RP post in the face of fiendish curiosity, I went back into the thread, and lurked for a while, amused by the subsequent posts I saw. I agreed with Martel's post as well; the Final Fantasy VII section of the forum did seem to receive a disproportionate amount of attention, given the fact that it was not exactly the best game in the series.
 
Cody agrees with the observation that FFVII should have been removed.

But he would like to add that that would be a better Christmas present than an April Fool's joke.

Or late birthday.
 
Gavin found a section of lolz, full of Ringo and Raye, suggesting something so horrible, like a room full of porcelain dolls. Remove the RP section is what it said and keep the spam and veteran's thread. He scoffed at the absurdity of this thought; himself and the other RPers this action they would have fought. Tooth and nail they would fight, all through the night, until this annoying holiday would soon end, and this thread would no longer offend.
