[Rumour] Amazon France lists FFvXIII 360, Uncharted 3, Quantic Dream’s Horizon [6/30]

Not content with listing the Team ICO Collection yesterday, Amazon France has gone rumour-mental today, posting pages for Final Fantasy Versus XIII for 360, Uncharted 3 and Horizon, the supposed new title from Heavy Rain developer Quantic Dream.

Versus XIII is officially a PS3 exclusive so far, but it’s not the first time its single platform has been brought into question. Square Enix president Yoichi Wada said last month that a 360 version was being “looked into.”
He later said that the comment shouldn’t be taken too seriously.
Versus XIII’s big brother, FFXIII, went multi-plat at E3 two years ago, having previously been a PS3 exclusive.
As for Uncharted 3, nothing has been said of the Naughty Dog actioner by either developer or publisher Sony, although voice actor of main character Nathan Drake, Nolan North, did say it would be “common sense” for it to happen.
Finally, back at the start of this month, VG247 sources revealed that Quantic Dream boss David Cage was currently hiring for actors for Horizon, following on from the surprising success of Heavy Rain earlier this year.
Cage said back at GDC this year that the story for his next game was already written
He also ruled out any chance of a Heavy Rain sequel back in February.
The Amazon listing says the title will be Sony-published, as we were told.

I could have sworn that Quantic Dream's next project was going to be a sequel to their first game, the sci-fi action adventure Omikron. This is the first that I've heard of a game called Horizon and as far as I am aware it has not been announced at all, so I've no idea where they even got that name. I don't know what logic they were following when they put Horizon up there. I'm guessing they just made it up entirely, unless Horizon turns out to be the name for the sequel to Omikron, and it's just that the only place this information has been leaked onto is Amazon France.

As for the others, they don't exist either, whether they are yet to be seen or not at all. Uncharted 3 is very likely to exist in the future, but it would be a few years until it is released. How can an Amazon website list items to buy that don't exist yet?

The whole lot seems to be made up, and they shouldn't be listed as items to buy.

About Horizon I have no idea and UC3 too, but Versus I was like no way ,,,...

Online retailers have a tendency of putting up estimated dates for their products all the time. Amazon is no different. It doesn't know any of these dates - and there's no way that it can. It just conjures up dates it finds likely and then edits it the closer it gets to the actual release.

The situation with Uncharted 3 is a little absurd. Although we know it will exist, it has not been formally announced yet. So as Dan said, it's ridiculous that they're already asking for pre-orders for a product that technically doesn't exist yet.

Horizon I know little of....in fact, I've never even heard of it.

TY for answering my question, but yeah I can understand that the release dates can vary, thats logical...but I was adressing the issue about:

Versus platform PS3 and Versus platform xbox360
Now Im sorry but that scared the shit out of me....those mistakes are not acceptable xD (officially thats a huge screw up)

And "Horizon", making the title up is huge mistake as well....

The release dates themselves are always fluctual. That is common sense in my opinion. So I dont think anyone can bash them about that section, but the other things that is unbelievable retarded...
