[RP] Kingdom Hearts: Into The Dusk

Hal nodded at Raven and then he started to run around the stadium and started to take out the lesser levelled heartless -

Hal knew that with the lesser heartless gone - the rest of the warriors could focus on the big ones
 
With an arrow ready for fire, Julias aimed at the large black being. It was hard to get a good shot since several fighters were on it, trying to take it down. As a result, Julias let his bow relax and took his arrow in his hand. He placed his bow in it's resting place on his back and grabbed another arrow in his other hand. Now with arrows in his hands, he decided to assist in taking care of all of the smaller foes. They didn't seem too tough, so maybe the slashes of his arrows would do them in good.

Running down the stands as fast as he could, only a few were in his path, but he still slashed at them as he ran by. They fell and faded away as if a black cloud enveloped them and vanished. He had reached the bottom. Most of them were the same in strength and were beyond easy for him to handle, He was hardly breaking a sweat.

While fighting countless enemies, one of the boys competing in the competition had dove and caught another keyblade wielder. This was not far from where he was, so he shouted to them, "HEY! Need a hand? I can try to help out!" As he shouted, he was also trying to make his way over there while also slashing the smaller enemies with his arrows that remain intact within his hands.
 
"HEY! Need a hand? I can try to help out!"

Raven turned to the archer who sliced his way through with an arrow bolt.

"Yeah, we need to focus our attacks on the heartless's head." With that, Raven pointed his revolver and fired his remaining three rounds from his .357 revolver at the Darkside's hand, forcing it to come down to the ground. "Keep it distracted and we will cut it off."

Raven took out a quick loader, emptied the spent rounds from the revolver and placed the quick loader in. The gun, now fully loaded, was placed into Raven's holster as he looked at the Darkside. Turning to the girl he saved as well as the other girl who just got back up into battle, "Alright, the three of us will go up and take this thing down together. You guys ready?" Raven said, smiling.
 
OOC: Well, both my characters were already on him just then, but Spartan missed my post. Ill have them keep the Darkside down by pinning his hand to the ground.
Kaufman and Chao

It was becoming harder to get up the monsters head. With attacks flying at him from every direction, it swayed and swiped viciously at anything, particularly the girls that were running up his body right now. Ducking under yet another strike, Kaufman was stuck at his waist, still holding onto the grapple rope she had shot.

Damnit! I can't get up!

No kidding! Shit!

Chao had met with a similar problem. The Darkside's hands were a problem. Going into a fit of rage and desperation, it was moving too much. Something had to be done. Chao spotted Raven and the two girl's about to go for the head. He unloaded his revolver into its hand, forcing it to the ground. It was a perfect opportunity. ALthough she wanted the kill, it was teamwork time.

Chance! Gun woman! Follow me!

From her sturdy position on the Darkside's chest, Chao leapt off and dove for the Darkside's hand. Rising Phoenix pierced through and through the top of the palm and with the help of the fall, slammed the hand into the ground and pinned it there. Not satisfied with just Rising Phoenix, Chao proceeded to whipp out Ultima, Heathen Flame and Cleansing Touch and pierced them around the hand into the ground.

Kaufman saw what the oriental girl had done and followed suit. Releasing her grip, Kaufman flipped up high and positioned the Ventro Blade directly above the center of the hand and dropped straight down. Now, there was five weapons stuck into the monsters hand, which was also stuck into the ground. The Darkside attempt to free his hand, only to be thwarted by Chao and Kaufman pushing and keeping their weapons down.

RAVEN! GO! NOW! WE GOT HIS HAND DOWN!

OOC: I apologize for the inconvience guys, right now, I just want to finish this fight so we can move on.

Raven, seeing Chao and the female gunner getting the Darkside's hand down, jumped from the stands and landed on the Darkside's hand. From there, Raven once again, ran up the arm and got onto the Heartless's shoulder. "Time to end this once and for all!!!" Raven yelled as he swung his keyblade at the Darkside's neck, severely damaging the Heartless.

Jumping off the shoulder once again, he yelled out, "Orion, finish the job!!"
 
Orion merely watched as the others attacked the Darkside with a will. A few stray Heartless had snuck past Zodiark and were about to go help when they were suddenly stabbed by Orion's spear or exploded by an orb of energy. Then Raven jumped forward into the fray as the other warriors brought the Darkside down to its knees. Raven slashed the neck and left a big wound.

He then called out for Orion to finish it. Orion considered, then went with the most expedient course. "ZODIARK! Take him out!" Orion pointed at the gigantic Heartless and Zodiark immediately went towards it and enclosed it's mouth around the Darkside's head.

When the gigas-size serpent pulled up, the Darkside was lacking a head.

The Darkside fell back to the ground, landing with a crash. Zodiark disappeared into a small orb that entered Orion's body and infused itself with him. Orion's senses told him that there were a number of fighters. "Looks like our match was interrupted. Another time, Keyblade Wielder." Orion put his spear across his neck and began to walk away from the Coliseum...
 
Kaufman

The monster dissolved into dark stuff before dissipating into the air, just like the smaller guy. With the hand gone, Kaufman dropped to the ground and freed her blade. She pulled it closer to her face, the energy blade hovering just before my eyes, humming. Kaufman was mesmerised for a second before deactivating it and slipping it back into the sheath. She had a few questions for these people. The one that had ran up the arm seem to be in charge of sort.

Hey, you there, boy (remember, she's 24), you with the peashooter. You mind telling me whats going on here? I kinda woke up, walked out and all hell broke loose with black monsters everywhere. In fact, I don't even know where the hell i am...

Chao

Chao retrieved her keyblades and slipped them back into their respective homes before collapsing Rising Phoenix and slipping it back onto her belt by her side. The worst of it was over. Any small fries that are left could be dealt with by the guards. Now that things have calmed down, she saw that there were three extra warriors amongst their midst plus the gun lady. One mage-like girl, a keyblade holder and an archer.

Interesting.....lets see who they are...

Making her way towards Raven and where the girls had congregated, she eyed them up and down before speaking.

You guys held up quite nicely there. Whats your names. I am Fuu Chao Rin from Eastern Cloud. This here, in case any of you missed the massive announcement at the tourney, is Raven, the *Ahem* "Hero of Unity Island".

It was a slight jab at Raven, followed by a smirk from Chao. Chao had found it amusing Raven had become a celebrity, a hero, and she loved to poke fun of it, always going "hero" this, "hero" that.

Noticing the being disintegrating before her she started to calm down as the fighting spirit within her started to die down. She turned around as she noticed a woman had started to speak.

"You guys held up quite nicely there. Whats your names. I am Fuu Chao Rin from Eastern Cloud. This here, in case any of you missed the massive announcement at the tourney, is Raven, the *Ahem* "Hero of Unity Island".

Celeste smiled for a bit as it seemed she managed too do quite well and the fact she managed to help at all was big too her, completely ignoring the fact that when she used her keyblade back home she took out a horde of them. However Chao asked for their names and she was not one too ignore that.

"I am Celeste Hart, a pleasure to meet both of you."

As she spoke her words a smile crossed her face as her eyes closed for a second to show a very kind and nice approach towards them. She did not want to come of as a rude person.

Laleth sighed a breath of relief as she was caught by the stranger. "You alright?"

"Thanks alot!" She smiled.

She stood by the others as the giant darkside was finished off by other warriors.

"Whoo!" laleth said as the battle was over. "So any of you got an extra gummi ship? I'm supposed to be meeting a man named Raven..." Laleth asked.

She opened up her parisol to sheild herself from the harsh sunlight and waited for a response.

Hal put his swords back into his holsters and did up his red lab coat to cover them.

Throwing his silver hair out of his face he knelt down and picked his glasses up off the floor and reput them back onto his face..

"Names Hal Otacon"

"Raven... you know we carn't stay here long... They won't be long before they send anymore.. We should move up mountain and take off from this planet asap..."
 
"Hey wait!" Raven tried to reach out, but Orion was gone. "Well, that was a waste..." He thought, turning his attention to the new guys. Including Luna and the other new recruits that just walked in. "....or maybe not."

"Raven, all the civillians are gone." Luna said,

"So I've heard..."

"Also, here are the new recruits that Reo sent in."

Ace Combat 6 OST-The Sun, The Sky and My Girl

Eliane looked up and saw the man known as 'The Hero of Unity Islands.' He was young, but too her, he was a nice guy. Almost as if she fell in love with him.

"Uh...hi, my name is Eliane Chevalier." She extended a hand which Raven shook.

"Nice to meet you Eliane, my name is...."

Chao interuppted, "You guys held up quite nicely there. Whats your names. I am Fuu Chao Rin from Eastern Cloud. This here, in case any of you missed the massive announcement at the tourney, is Raven, the *Ahem* 'Hero of Unity Island.'"

"Well, if you can't laugh at yourself I suppose...." Raven thought, truth be told, he doesn't mind the attention, so long as there is people like Chao and Luna there to make sure that his ego doesn't grow out to big.

Another girl introduced herself, "I am Celeste Hart, a pleasure to meet both of you."

Raven smiled, "Well it's nice to meet you too Celeste."

Raven turned around to meet the female shooter. He put his hand on his chin and rubbed it. He usually does this when he is thinking about something.

"Well, from what I can answer..." he said as he put his revolver back into the holster and the "Four Wings" Keyblade disappeared from his hand. "We are currently engaged in a war with those black beings we call Heartless. These beings are not like they usually are, they seem smarter, and more organized than they usually are, but I blame evolution on that." Raven paused allowing Luna to speak up afterwards, "As for where you are right now, we are on a world known as Olympus, it is one of the many worlds we travel to."

"Raven... you know we carn't stay here long... They won't be long before they send anymore.. We should move up the mountain and take off from this planet asap..."

"I doubt the Heartless would be back to attack this world, but if you insist." Raven said, "Anyone who wants to come, follow Hal and me." With that, Raven started heading out.

Laleth was happy to meet this new person. She was even more flatered to be treated like a grownup, her being called a "lady" cheering her up. She figured she would just stick with him if he was gonna take her to where she needed to be.

"Names Hal Otacon"

"Haha! I'm Laleth." She responded and watched as the man began to talk with the warrior who caught her from the skies.

"Raven... you know we carn't stay here long... They won't be long before they send anymore.. We should move up mountain and take off from this planet asap..."

After that the man who Hal was talking to had told everyone to follow him and she began to follow suit."Wait." Laleth spoke out of suprise. "You're Raven? I thought you'd be at Destiney Islands?"

She grinned happily. "Well I guess it's a good thing that heartless attacked my ship. I would have been furious waiting around for ya?"
 
"Anyone who wants to come, follow Hal and me."

Celeste was in her own thoughts as Raven said that everyone who wanted to come should follow them. She did not realise this before she brushed of her dress and yawned alittle due too her being oddly sleepy. Shaking her head she ran a short distance and made sure she was close to Raven as she did not want to get lost. She had never been on another world before really.

"Heartless.."

She was worried about the heartless situation. It seemed that the heartless had been gone for a short wile which too her was odd as the heartless attacked her home once again not too long ago. Was there a small connection? She highly doubted it, but she was uneasy knowing that the heartless was like this.

She shook her head once again as it was a topic she did not want to think too hard about now. She knew that the only thing she could possibly do now was too follow Raven and the rest.
 
Hal set off from the group and followed Raven

"Yo Buddy... We're heading up Mount Olympus itself - just off the ruins of olympia - sure does make a good place for a base"

Hal walked to Raven's side and looked back
"Good numbers.. but these aren't warriors yet... its our job to make them that way"
"I'll lead the way up the traverse to the ruins... heartless might not be a worry up here.. but other things are"

Hal chuckled and headed up the path off to the mountain base
 
Being told to be a distraction to help the others defeat the giant being was more than enough for Julias. He was slightly distracted by the weak smaller ones, but then a strange serpent had swooped down and taken them out, then all he saw was the giant headless now and one of the combatants running off.

Julias overheard a part of a conversation. It regarded recuriting for something, so he decided to walk up to the keyblade wielder and speak to him. "My name is Julias Herenias, Might I ask what you are recruiting for? I may have my interests." Julias was curious, but he was unsure if he would join regardless of what it was. He was always trying to follow the word of the gods.

Blade
He passed​

Running through the air, wind brushed on his human face. As he was running, images of what he saw were flashing back into his head. Darkside had fallen and it was time to report. Heading through trees and bushes, he was running at his top speed. Finally he arrived at a tower, where he would contact whom it was he was meant to report to.

Walking inside, he approached a set of stairs. Slowly walking, his pace was slowed by very much compared to when he was outside. As he climbed, his breath, which was already heavy, became a bit heavier from all the legwork. Human bodies were such a pain sometimes, but he would suck it up and continue.

Reaching the top, he took a brief moment to catch his breath before entering the large door. The door was wooden with no paint and steel bolts holding strips of more steel. This was the lock and hinge system. The door's opened for Blade as he went inside. "Arbiter, I have news for you. Raven has passed your test." Blade bowed as he spoke, he was trying to show his respect.

Hal started on the track which he had walked alot recently back up to his base - within moments he found himself alone and heading off the track to a climb..

"Hidden Track... Somebody's been up here though.... I don't use it"

Hal pulled out one of his swords and slowly peeked over the top of the edge of he embankment

"Bloody Heartless Hordes.... when will they leave us alone"

Hal stood up and walked over the embankment

"Well the collisuem is clear... They won't be back for a long time H"

"Good work .. Just what I'd expect off a trainee hero"

"Cut the Trainee Crap H, come on I'm as old if not more than you are"

"Anyway away from that topic.... Your Base... Its not safe.. nothing on Olympus is anymore.. Things are happening - Gods battling each other in countless battles up there - I wouldn't go up there anymore"

"Hey come off it Herc - Once the Party of Warriors from the heartless battle gets up there we're taking the Mark 2 and going back on adventure You're welcome to join us"

"Hal we go a long way back, you know my place is here fighting with my father"

"Some of us never got that chance.. Anyway best catch up with the rest of the group before they get lost... Take care of your self Herc"

Hal put his sword away and started to run along the hidden track to catch up with the rest of the party... They were close

It was odd. Her home was filled with wide wonders and such, but never had she heard of such organisms that the boy had described. Beings made of shadows was completely beyond logic. There was just so much one can bend their minds around, but seeing as these guys aren't normal either, anything can happen. Even knowing where she was didnt help. Olympus does not ring a bell in her mind and worst was that Kaufman could not make satellite communication. She was completely cut from the other Lightning Valkyries.

 "Anyone who wants to come, follow Hal and me."

It was an interesting notion. These guys seem to be an organised military, a major one. This boy also seemed to hold some clout amongst the group. Maybe she could use this to her advantage? If she helped these guys, she may have access to maps and data to locate where she is exactly in reference to her home.

Excuse me....Mr Raven? Although i am still unsure of my situation nor of my position, it has come to my attention that you are in dire short of hands. I would like to offer my service to you....for a price.

Kaufman could tell these guys were good guys, if one was to think simplistically. They fit the "defenders of justice" type of category, but Kaufman was still a Sky Hunter, the leader of a mercenary band and a business woman. She was not into doing pro bono work, especially the kind that risks her neck.

In exchange for my guns, i would like access to your data and maps. Even with what you told me, i am no more cluey than i was two minutes ago. i need more information. If you let me have this condition, ill stick around until this fiasco finished. How about it?

Chao tipped her head in acknowledgment of the girl as well as made a mental note of the other three recent arrivals, two female and a male. It was good. A second ago, they were having difficulty in their recruitment drive, but now, they were three up and from what she could hear from the gunner woman, that might be upped to four. While a mercenary, it seemed unlikely that she would turn to the dark, so Chao was unduly worried. Nonetheless, she needed to report back to Eastern Cloud and her sister, Diao Quan, the acting head.

Mitsuki! To me!

The kunoichi appeared in a puff of purple smoke, prostrated on her knees.

You call for me, master?

Report back to Diao Quan that heartless activity had resumed. Increase defense and alert to all Eastern Cloud troops and begin gearing up again for total war. Get the civilians to begin getting the rust out of their joints.

Understood. I will be there instantly if you have further need of me.

In another puff of smoke, the ninja had disappeared. With everything done, all thats left is to follow Raven. Its not like she could walk off and do her own thing.

Well i'll obviously follow. Cant help but notice fights tend to be attracted to you Raven. I think ill have more chance to fight if i stuck around ya.

Turning to the new comers (Laleth, Celeste and Julian), she asked them a question.

The Arbiter was looking out into the setting sun. Though the attack looked like a failure, as far as the Heartless Horde was concerned. It might not be seen as such on her front.

"Arbiter, I have news for you. Raven has passed your test."

She turned to the man. Although he looked human, it was only as a guise to blend in with the humans of the Realm of Light. She on the other hand, was already a main military leader of the Heartless Horde, but in reality the pair were not working with the Horde, but rather, a part of a group tasked with defeating those who conspire against the realm of darkness, which was believed to be the leaders who recently came to power in the realm of darkness.

The Arbiter at first thought when she heard the news from Blade, "So, my brother's killer has done well. He had no right underestimating him, nor his allies."

"Understood, I will relay the message to the 'Phantom' back in the dark realm. I want you to continue watching over Otsdarva from the shadows, something tells me, they will be leading the attack on the Light's upcoming offensive. And please, call me Hrimfaxi. I don't like being called by my rank even when involving things not with their military."

'Phantom' was the enigmatic leader of the organization that the Arbiter and Blade was in. He appeared in the dark realm shortly after the war began and has gathered up a following. 'Phantom' believed that both the Heartless and the Army of Light were being manipulated by a higher force, though even he did not know who. There were rumors within the group that 'Phantom' was a Keyblade Master and a veteran of the Keyblade War.

The Arbiter paused, then said, "You think the Heartless believe they are doing the right thing, trying to dilberately end the balance between light and dark like this?

"Is that so?" Raven said "Heh, at least I have someone who likes the fights."

"Wait. You're Raven? I thought you'd be at Destiny Islands?"

Raven stopped and looked at Laleth, "Well, I probably would, if it weren't for the fact that Destiny Islands were taken by the Heartless." He grinned, "I wouldn't worry though, I know we will take it back."

"Say, where were you originally heading to anyway?"

Meanwhile while Raven was walking up the path and talking with Laleth, Luna talked with Julias and Eliane.

"My name is Julias Herenias, Might I ask what you are recruiting for? I may have my interests."

"Well, as Raven said, we are currently at war with the Heartless, and although we were able to hold our ground, we've lost many warriors, civilians and worlds doing so. That is why we are recruiting people to help in taking back the worlds lost." Luna said

"Well you know you have my support Luna, and I know Raven does too" Eliane responded.

"Well, I see you're confident."

"I just want to do my part in creating peace between the realms. That's why I fight." With that she showed a display of her fighting prowess, with several punches and kicks.

Luna smirked, "Well, she's confident, I can definitely give her that. Though her ideal of creating peace between the two realms, I find that hard to believe."

As Raven spoke with Laleth. She heard Kaufmann speak, "Excuse me....Mr Raven? Although i am still unsure of my situation nor of my position, it has come to my attention that you are in dire short of hands. I would like to offer my service to you....for a price.

Raven thought about it at first, but considering she helped take down the Darkside and she was lost in a foreign world, the least he can do is help her. "Fair enough, I agree to your conditions." Raven smiled, then turned to where Hal was, "Yo buddy, how much further is this base of yours?"
 
Hal appeared out of the side of the hidden track

"Well come this way - its easier"

Hal turned and walked back along the hidden track to the large open field where he had just talked with Herc,

He started to walk across the field and climb the ladder at the edge of the cliff

"Climb up , and we are in the city of Olympus.... its all ruins after the gods battled / battling each other... If a battle starts... RUN and follow me.. there is nothing we can do.. Herc will deal with it"

Hal carried on climbing and was basically running up the ladder and then quickly jumped over the cliff face onto the grassy verge above and sat down waiting
 
OOC: I've decided to add some plot-relevant info behind the events of the First Keyblade War, as it shows how we got here.

Raven listened to Hal, "Can't imagine why..." He then responded after pulling to the side. "Though why you like to be close to the gods is beyond me myself."

Eliane stopped and asked the gang (or more specifically, the four veterans of Raven's team) "Hey guys...I want to know something. I want to know why you fight?"

Luna responded, "What do you mean?"

"Well, I want to know why you want to fight in this war. For me, I fight for peace. I fight to ensure that there would be peace and cooperation between the Realms of Light and Darkness, just like it was before this war. So that something like the "Seven Pillars Incident" would never happen again.

Raven thought about it, "That's right, probably should've been a lesson to all of us then..." Eliane's mentioning of the "Seven Pillars" the incident when the Lucid Empire, an empire of Brilliance, once considered "An Empire Under the Sun" detonated seven terrible weapons, known as "Darkmass Bombs" on several of it's worlds to stave off the combined powers of the Realms of Light and Darkness. It was ironic after all, that some of the technologies used by both realms they used to fight each other, were the spoils won from the Lucid Empire.

"Well, we'll all answer that question, though it's best we ask when we get to our ship safely. Is that ok."

"Understood, Raven." Eliane smiled, then continued forward.
