After reading some of the stuff in this thread, I have come to the conclusion that it is an epic failure. I need to bump my thread on how I hate Grammar Nazis.

Also changing silent letters.
In other languages, the silent letter is always the same.
In spanish 'h' for example
Also most people can't pronounce Gloucester correctly.
They end up saying Glouw-Chester.

However, if you bothered to read all of this epic thread, you'd see that I do support the correct use of english.
I'm just advocating Koloth's point of view at the moment.
 
Also the "i before e except after c rule", you could name loads of words that break that rule, "weird" being a rather apt example >_<

But it is against my Maoist nature to actually do anything about other people's bad English :P

Yes indeed, but usually through delegation to incompetent corrupt officials, while I gladly stay laid on my bed being entertained by willing prostitutes, much to the anger of my insane wife I must add....

Oh, and putting out the odd slogans containing words such as "beourgois" and "counter-revolutionary" helps, hey I could even make a book with some pro-Mao hymns in it while I'm sat on my enourmous rear-end......
