What is it in a person that really grinds your gears? What do they do to make you unbelievably pissed off?

For me, it's ignorance. Everything from refusing to acknowledge you when you hold a door open up to a blatant lack of respect for others around you. Like, playing music on a bus on your phone. Fuck thaaaaaaaaaaat.
 
There are plenty of things that annoy me, but one that never fails to get me all mad and bitchy is arrogance.

That sort of pride at the wrong place, time or situation is just plain rage worthy.

I hate that aswel, especially if you open a door and they just glare at you, I always yell thanks at them.

I hate people that are indecisive or whatever the word is, actally I don't think that's the right word.....

But like when I ask, what do you want (as in a brew) and they say whatevers easiest. It's a fucking cup of tea or coffee. What do you want? It really irritates me.

Same when I'm cooking, and I don't get suggestions or 'Oh I really like this...' I just get 'Whatevers easiest AGAIN

It really fucks me off, if I was gunna just make whatever I wouldn't take my time to ask you what I want, if I don't like it/can't cook it, I'l just say

It's not like Im gunna get offended over having to squeeze a bastard tea bag. WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE WANT?!

People that talk too loudly on their phones piss me off aswel, when you get the entire details of thei last night out etc and Im like I don't want to know. Shut up

And YOU littlebastards turn your goddam music off

Hmmm, I'd have to say people who ask questions about EVERYTHING. Especially little kids, like when you're playing a game - "Who's that?" ok normal question, "why didn't you do that" because I can't..."Why can't you do it?" because that's how the game was made..."Why did they make it like that?" SHUTUP AHHHHHHHH.
 
For me it has to be airheaded little teenyboppers. Last time when I went to an aquarium, there were some men above the tank feeding the turtles. There were some little girls near us the wear about thirteen or so. Anyway, they kept asking the tour guide dude where the girls turtles were. Then they said something along the lines of, "When I grow up, I want to chum fish to girl sea turtles!" I'm not kidding. It's like they don't even care about the male sea turtles. Idiots.

Next it would have to be the idiots that you see in pet stores that want to buy an animal, but obviously don't know a thing about them. "Oh yeah, I'm gonna get me of them, uh, chihuahuas so I can run me a puppy mill and have them all end up at the humane society."

Hard sellers grind my gears as well. "I don't care that you don't want all this other crap, this is a REALLY GOOD DEAL!" Plus it usually takes about an hour to get away from them, as they tend to follow you around the store. Speaking of being in stores...

I also hate it when people will bug you with, "Can I help you? Can I help you? Can I help you?" I'm not sure why, but it just really makes me want to smash their head against a wall. I know they're doing they're job, but geez, they don't have to be so pushy.

Or, even worse is on a train when some bloody idiot is listening to their Monophonic (or whatever it is) ringtones, it can drive one crazy when it plays over again for 10 minutes!! :mad:


Plus, those kids in the supermarket that cry and cry and cry over not getting a pack of chips or something. I fell like taking a cricket bat to their face, or if I'm in the cutlery section, a knife or rolling pin :elmo:
 
I say that people who never know when to give up and simply accept that they are wrong. Oh I know so many people with this...."quality".
I also hate liars and traitors....but this one came only recently....oh they piss me off soooo bad...
 
There's only one thing that pisses me off really and that is people being patronising. Especially when the people being patronising are people that you can't swear at; teachers, parents etc.

I also dislike people being boring and unoriginal, though I wouldn't say they annoy me, because I don't listen to them.
 
I get let it slide when people ignore you when you hold the door open for them or something along those lines, but the 2 things that annoy me more than anything else are sarcasm and when people turn things back on you to make it look like you're the one in the wrong even though you haven't done anything. (I'm sure we've all been stuck in that situation before -__-)
 
People who act like their shit doesn't stink. I can't stand stuck-up, arrogant people. Also, I have a low tolerance for those who are rude and inconsiderate. I'm no saint, but I can manage a "thank you" when someone helps me out or does something to make my life easier. It's amazing how some people can receive favors without acknowledging it.
 
Racism. Around in this area where I live, it's pretty hardcore. I can't wait to get outta here.

People who steals as well. I used to work at Meijer and the store that I worked at actually got shut down a few months ago because of theft. I believe it's the number one Meijer store where the theft was so high that they just had to close that particular store down. Luckily I quit last year so I didn't have to deal with any more thefts...I can't even count how many times my life was at a risk whenever we had thieves in that store back when I was still working. I worked graveyard shift and it was so damn crazy! I hated thieves more and more, but I did feel a big satisfaction at catching them.
 
I hate it when you're doing something important on the computer and someone'll ask "Can I play so-and-so?" Pisses me off. You say "I'm doing my homework, and they'll say "Yea, but I've got to save the world".

Arseholes.

It's especially bad when people blast rap music inside their cars and you can hear it from a mile away. It also makes the ground shake, which drives me crazy.

And when it's not rap, it's gospel music or preachers giving rants. >_<

If there's one thing I really hate, it's this.

Especially when it's some fucking lame mainstream rap song.

Don't get me wrong, I like some rap, but I don't need to hear it in the worst quality possible, and while im on the bus.
 
Hypocrites. As much as I (don't) enjoy the criticism on the things I say and do, the second I turn my back, you go ahead and do the same thing? Yeah, that's fair as heck.

One thing that bugs me the most is people who think they are all that and loved when they really are hated. >.< And I hate when people litter.Especially in my own house and they dont clean up after themselves. =/ Those are really the two things that grind my gears.Other then that Im a very mellow person who doesnt get angry much.
 
Lots of things piss me off. People in particular you ask?

Cunts that ask to see my guitar so they can 'show me how it's done' when they see I'm having difficulty playing a song.

Anyone that discourages something I have a strong passion to practice. You can expect to be told to fuck off and suffer a youthful tirade about how pros didn't become legends and virtuosos overnight if you try to discourage me. :wacky:

people who don't stand up for themselves. It drives me absolutely insane to see it. I know there's a fine line between ignoring assholes and just letting them do shit to you, but it just pisses me off to see it.

when my sister plays her shitty R&B and Rap in the car and I have to listen to it. >.>

when my mom threatens to throw me out when I bitch about something trivial :monster:

I absolutely crave ripping someone's spleen out and then beating them to a bloody pulp when they tell me my sister's hot or that they want to fuck her. =)

I absolutely hate it when people act helpless when they really aren't. My parents, for example, are lazy and ask me to do almost EVERYTHING, especially getting up to get THEM a drink. And they use that voice.."could you get me a drink...I'd do it, but I..." ugh! Its fucking annoying as shit! :gasp:

Also, when my dad wants something, he doesn't just ask me to get it...he WAITS for me to get up to get something and pulls the "Hey son, while you're over there, get me..." He'll wait an hour if he has to, too.
