i've been a fan since the 80s and new to this forum (and forums in general, akshully), but NOT new to the game. i own many a final fantasy game, including the not-so-swell mystic quest. i've seen the game transform over the years and i'm sure you all can agree with me that it's "quite possibly the best game ever made."

Haha awe... I'm sorry. Maybe I'll give it a shot again. I don't really remember why I didn't like it. I think the way you were supposed to fight just didn't seem right to me. That and I was never able to get very far.

I wasn't alive in the '80s, but I still grew up with the NES and SNES since I didn't get a PS1 or N64 until the end of their respective lifespans, so I guess I'm pretty old school too.
