Have you ever met up with someone whom you have met online? How was it? How far did you travel? How long did you plan it? Was it planned at all? Was it like you expected? Would you do it again? Answer these and whatever else you can think of.

I met Sephire here at FFF and we've never had a day where we haven't spoken to one another. We finally agreed to meet; I flew down to from east-central Scotland to meet her in Weston-Super-Mare, in the south-west of England. It couldn't have gone better tbh. That was just in summer there and, since it was so great, she's coming up here in the October break for a week xD
 
I met up with a girl called Kate, and yes I enjoyed it, in fact we went out for about 4 months and broke up about 3 weeks ago because she lives in Cardiff.

If it weren't for that we wouldn't have broken up, wish we hadn't though.
 
Yep. I used to chat a lot online when I was 15...I was friends with this girl named Brittany. Well, we weren't exactly friends then, but I mean we know of each other and all that. We lost contact (along with the other people we chatted with) with each other for about 4 years (we stopped going to chatrooms), I would say. Then I came back to that old chatroom one day just to see if everyone's still alive, and she happened to be on...apparently, she also wanted to visit the site. xD

We chatted via Yahoo and MSN since then, became really close friends...and I think about two months later, I found out that we had to move to Ohio...the same place she's at. So we got excited and finally met up when I came to Ohio. We'd hang out every once in awhile when both our schedule would permit us. I've been here in Ohio for over a year now, but I think I've only seen her less then ten times, which is pretty sad. =/ We gotta hang out more. She's been bickering to me about it, but she has a busy schedule too, so...I don't know, I guess I'll give her a call this weekend. xD

So there's my story.


 
Yeah, I met my ex three times. It was good, sure, but hard 'cause he didn't always enjoy doing the same things my parents did. The first time, he came here. The second time, we went to the Lake District together (with my parents). The third time, he came here again. It was about 1 1/2 months later when we broke up. My feelings faded for various reasons.

I plan to meet my current boyfriend this Christmas! I'm really looking forward to it! ^_^ He has to travel for about 9 hours if he gets the coach though. Ouch. >_<
 
To date: no.

However there's some supposed arrangement where a few of us from another forum are going to meet up and probably get painfully drunk and rape eachother. Well, maybe not the latter, but I'm quite keen on the meet-up. :monster:
 
I had a chance of meeting someone as they passed through Carlisle on her way to Scotland, but I had to work.
But I'm also planning on meeting up with the same people as Saix. Where and when is still a problem though. :wacky:
 
I wouldn't mind it.

Just to get completely shit faced and run rampant through a town center somewhere. :monster:
