Multiple Platforms Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds

I bought this game for my PS3 and I LOVE it. It's graphics are just simply flawless. Now, as fas as gameplay goes, it's rather nice. I just really wish that the online features varied a bit more and that we could've had more offline game options. But all in all I still love the game. Also, the fact that Pheonix's health bar dies with just a few hits can be rather FRUSTRATING in this game if you like to use her.

I cannot wait for more DLC for this game. I really hope they put Rogue back into the game along with Iceman. I used those two quite frequently in MvC2.

GOOD NEWS!!!!

I have just ordered the game on my mom's reward site. And now I wait. I'm so freakin excited.

I already knew it was amazing. :ahmed:

I've been wanting this for a long time, ever since I set my eyes on a page on my GameInformer dedicated to MVC3.

Congrats, Kyoshiro/Seiji, you'll be getting it much sooner than I (August 26th). :wacky: So, getting it for PS3 or Xbox 360? Can't possibly play against you online if for Xbox 360, because I'll end up getting it for PS3, because I want it for that system. >.>

Marvel vs. Capcom 3 DLC Characters Coming Soon?

Mv3-DLC-Character.jpg

There has been a rumor floating around, that on June 30th, Capcom is going to announce DLC characters for Marvel vs. Capcom 3 (those include: Frank West, Spiderwoman, Megaman X and Ms. Marvel).
Capcom, for the most part, never responds to rumors and speculation, but Capcom USA’s Senior VP Christian Svensson commented on the rumor and said:
I’m torn on how to respond to this.
On the one hand, I wish I could say something about MvC3. But I shouldn’t respond to rumors and speculation and unfortunately, I need to ask for your continued patience.
On the other hand, this is a silly rumor.
So I guess the only DLC we will be having for now is the Shadow Battles (which are complete garbage to be honest)? Guess again. Individuals on the Capcom-Unity forums began to question Capcom’s current mind-state on Marvel vs. Capcom 3, saying that Capcom doesn’t care about the game anymore. Sven responded.
Oh, don’t confuse silence for disinterest. We care very much. You’ll see.

It’s stupid to believe that Capcom won’t be making DLC characters for Marvel vs. Capcom 3, especially after that comment. Here’s hoping that we get some details soon. I haven’t popped Marvel vs. Capcom 3 in, in about a month.

I would actually like to see Rogue and Iceman back on the Roster along with Ken and Cammy. Now that would be something to DL for me.

I would love to see Gambit and Jon Talbain as DLC. Jon's awesome, yet he's never gotten any cross-over lovin'. Still, although there's been an outpouring of votes for Phoenix Wright to be a DLC, I don't see what moves he could possibly have aside from the OBJECTION! bubble.

I wasnt going to even buy the game but my older brother kept egging me on since he kept talking about the game over and over and over again. I just gave in and got the game, and the first thing I noticed was the exact same voice guy on the select screen like the one on ps2 I had relieved a tragic experience x.x As far as characters go the only ones i liked where X-23,Morrigan,Chun Li,Ryu,Dante (wish lady was on it) and I cant beleive this but i like that green ugly hunk of muscle she hulk :P

Theirs supposed to be another addition to the game coming out with Jill on the actuall main roster cnat wait to play as her since I didnt get the DLC in the first one.

Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 day one Vita DLC to be made available next week

Capcom has addressed a number of reports that some of the DLC for Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 on Vita was missing from the storefront.

UMvC3-vita.jpg

According to Capcom, Costume Pack 1 along with the Jill Valentine and Shuma-Gorath characters aren’t available for download on Vita just yet, but the rest of the DLC content for UMVC3 Vita is up for grabs without issue.

The firm said there were some last minute issues associated with the content, and it wanted to make sure it would “share properly between PS3 and PS Vita.”

“Since these DLC packs originally were associated with the original Marvel vs. Capcom 3 on PS3 we needed to make sure that all the content would both function and share properly between whatever version you might be playing on,” said a statement on Capcom Unity.

“Everything has been addressed and Jill, Shuma and Costume Pack 1 will be available on the PlayStation Vita storefront next week Tuesday during the regularly scheduled PSN weekly update.”

More information on the matter is available through the link.

Rumor – UMvC3 expansion releasing in July

A NeoGAF user has posted a picture he snapped of a placeholder which popped up on the computers at the GameStop he works at. The placeholder states that eight new challengers will “join the fight” in Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3 on July 3. The computer entry stated the DLC voucher can be purchased at GameStop for $14.99 and that on July 24, a packaged disc version will be released for $39.99 – which sounds like a re-release of the game with the added content to us. In response to the query of its legitimacy over Twitter, Capcom’s Ryota Niitsuma cryptically stated: “The DLC costumes are out, and for now that is all.” We’ll send a mail. Until we hear something back though, keep it tucked away as rumor.
