Lawn Mower won't start? Shoot it

fuck sake, you'd think you'd be able to destroy your own shit without being arrested. xD
 
Roffle, I saw this on the news. Personally I think it's a bit ridiculous, 6 years seems a bit much just for being drunk and having a sawed-off shotgun. I mean "disorderly conduct"? He was on his own property and shot a mower...if I was the cop who got the call about it, I'd just start laughing.
 
It's probably 'cause the dude used a gun; if it was something like a sledge hammer, maybe it would've he would've gotten less years?

And he was drunk too; shooting under the influence?

Still a little funny I suppose :P
