IGN Top 25 FF Characters

Hmm, that list isn't TOO bad. At least Tidus, Squall, and Rinoa didn't make it on there.

Too bad my favorite characters like Quistis and Rufus didn't make it in, though. =(
 
Oh, I've heard of this from another set of forums, caused a lot of outrage amongst many of the users there.

Sephiroth is 1st, how could you not anticipate this to happen, this guy is obsessively beloved by fanboys and fangirls everywhere.

What caused the most outrage was using a image of Golbez for Kain's slot!:mad:

I was pretty surprised that Lulu was the higest rated FFX character, and that Terra was on the list.

Quite happy about it though, despite the fact of no Beatrix D:

Which automatically turns their claim of not being biased to shit. Cloud being #3 doesn't exactly help them look unbiased either.

At least they're not complete imbeciles and actually put Delita and Kefka on the list. But no Zidane?

I don't agree with this Top 25. Where's Auron? Where's Rufus? Where's Quists? Dang....And why is Vivi on the second place? Well...whatever...I have my own tastes when it comes to FF characters so....:neomon:

Of all the IX characters to get onto the list, STEINER got on it?! No Zidane or Garnet T_T

Why the hell was X-2 Yuna chosen over her X self? All of a sudden being a ditz is cool?

I'm incredibly happy, however, that Vivi got to number two ^_^
 
X-2 Yuna > X Yuna because X-2 Yuna gave hot steamy massages to other women and X Yuna just whined a lot.

Anyway, that list seems kinda random to me. For one, no Auron? People hate Tidus and Yuna and even Lulu but Auron is basically universally acclaimed as Teh Uber Badass.

Anyone else feel strange Selphie made it onto the list? I like her but she just feels out-of-place.

Seems this list is incredibly poor, so it's not worth me looking at the whole thing.
 
I think that there were a few series that didn't even have any of their characters included, while *GASP* the entire cast of Final Fantasy VII's main characters were.

My thing with it is where the fuck is Edgar, the one who makes hitting on your grandmother almost ok!? Clearly should be on there along with a few others. :mad:

As much as I like Quistis I have to agree. Also why is Selphie on that list? She wasn't a popular character. This list was created by a few guys based on their opinions.

Well I'm glad Celes is on the list. Setzer is above Celes...? o_O As well as Faris?

I also find it pitiful that Beatrix from IX isn't on there. She was FANTASTIC. Srsly.

And Yuna from X2? Seriously?

I think the list could have done with out Wakka and Selphie, maybe even Lulu.

Why on God's name is Selphie on a list of the best FF characters but not Auron?

To be honest I'm indifferent about Auron, I don't like him XD Selphie ... *hangs head* why, oh why is she on there?

Oh lord, FFVII Cid was on there?! WHY? Nanaki > Cid any day.

I laughed out loud when the image of Golbez as the new FFIV logo was put up on Kain Highwind's section. That was just a noobish goof.

Beatrix should have been on there, definitely. Beatrix > Steiner.
 
We need to make a new list titled, "The Top 25 FF characters that SHOULD have been on the top 25 FF characters list" :D
 
Oh good idea! Or everyone could just use this thread to post their own top 25 FF Characters with reasons =O

And, did anyone see the Top FFVII characters? That surprised me too, because -

A) Barret wasn't on it
B) Aerith was second to only Sephiroth.

Still annoyed that Sephiroth was number one though, although I was surprised to see Aerith at number 2.
