It used to be something like... you'd need a certain number of views within a trial period to qualify for their program.

Copyrighted material is also a bannable offense, IIRC. Uploading clips from movies or AMV's or something could get your account terminated and you won't get paid.

Also, if they think you're using redirects, spam or another method to up your visitor traffic, that's also a bannable offence & you won't get paid.
