I wanted to buy it as I had lost mine, not that it mattered though, it was all scratched up. I was gonna buy one on eBay, and I was looking, and I saw some that were still sealed and selling for like $300+ dollars.

Now I realize some could be fake and resealed, but I was just wondering how much you all would pay for a brand new sealed version of this game?
 
i wouldnt pay any more than the price on psn which is like fit? 7 quid i think.
I used to have 2 copies of this game but they got chucked and binned. I wouldnt buy it again.

Seriously, you can get a PS3 for less than that. Sure it's an older game and rare but people are just being ridiculous by asking for that much. I had to replace my copy of FFVII and I found a black label edition that was practically brand new for less than $50 on Amazon.
 
Yeah I actually see VII, VIII, and IX, all black label, for about $120. Is that worth it?

The last link I provided is FFVII. I linked to the used ones because that's the better deal, honestly. If you're willing to pay $200 for a game just because it's unopened, have at it but you'll spend a lot less just getting a used-like new copy.
 
The exact prices are £7.99 or $9.99 for UK and US members. So unless you're absolutely a die hard collector who has to have physical copies, I'd go with the PSN version if you have a PS3 or PSP, not just for the price, but also the reliability, PS1 discs are very prone getting scratched and freezing during gameplay.
 
I already have a copy that a friend bought for me eons ago when it was still being sold at Wal Mart. I wouldn't pay a dime when the ISO is free for download. :wacky:

I'm not much into collectible discs...action figures and books are more nifty.
