How many times a day do you eat?

Eating three times a day just doesn't satisfy me, I noticed. I eat 5 times a day. Early morning breakfast, brunch, late lunch, merienda (a term for eating food around 4pm) and then dinner. D:

Am I the only one? How many times do you eat?
 
To be honest i am not really much of an eater :S
I NEVER eat breakfast although i have heard this is bad for you? (metabolism or some shit lol)
Il have a small lunch then maybe dinner i dont know but luch just seems to stick wiv me al day until night time i might get a sandwhich.. i dont really have a pattern!
 
I start the day with breakfast, I will usually miss lunch if I stay at home all day. But if I go out I will usually have a big lunch, then I will have 2-3 snacks followed by dinner, then if I decide to watch a movie or something I will usually have munchies to accompany it :wacky: so I guess my average is 5-7 meals a day.
 
Most weekdays I only bother with dinner, but sometimes I grab something to eat when I get home.
And I have two meals on saturdays and sundays.
 
I always have breakfast, although Im not sur if I could still call it that the tims I get up sometimes. My eating habits are shit, I rarely have dinner OR tea. I'l just eat random shit throughout the day, so I dunno, I guess I eat loads :gasp:

I htink I need to sort that out >_>
 
I eat 2-3 times a day. Breakfast is the meal I most commonly miss, also I don't eat after 8pm, so if I didn't eat before that I don't eat. Best way to start loosing extra weight.
 
Lol, I eat whenever Im hungry. I have brekkie and dinner. Sometimes I'll have lunch, deprends on how I feel. Then the odd snack.
 
I normally eat when i get hungry so i can be anything from once a day to once an hour, not a very stable diet i know but with the time i spend in college and when i am hanging around with my friends i don't get time to cook myself three decent sized meals a day.
 
It depends a day. I very rarely eat breakfast, and same thing with lunch, but I have a dinner every day (or sometimes I forget) and then I might eat something in the evening.
Just noticed I don't really eat much : P
 
I often miss breakfast, but that's mainly because I tend to sleep in on school days until 20 minutes before I need to leave for the bus.. so food isn't really my top priority.

I mostly always have lunch, and then usually a little snack when I get home from school, then I have my tea, and normally a snack before I go to bed too.
 
4-5 times a day. depending on what i eat and how much. Im those skinny people who eat alot, but now i cant do that cuz of my IBS that i got couple years back... -_-
 
It varies with me.

There are plenty of days where I won't eat a meal; rather, I just eat a dozen small snacks throughout the day. A yogurt in the morning, pack of crackers an hour later, handful of chips or something after that, and so on.

And then there's the days where I'll gorge myself on a crapload of McDonalds and be done eating for the next 24 hours.

On average, I'd say I eat twice a day. A meal around noon and a meal at dinner.
 
Although I'm fairly slim I eat absolutely loads. I only have toast on the morning really since I need a shower as well, plus I don't get up particularly early so things can tend to be rushed.

As for college...nearly everyone is non-stop eating, whenever someone has a free I can gurantee that 99.9% of the time we'll end up going to Greggs/Fatso's/Cooplands or a fish and chip shop. Eating seems to be the only thing you ever do during free periods...which we're meant to be revising and shit in. :cassy:

When I get home I don't really snack often, just now and again when I feel really hungry which is basically when I get in straight from college, then I have tea then I might snack again 2/3 hours after tea which seems to comfort me through the day.

I rarely eat breakfast, actually...maybe 2-3 times a week, but that's only because on weekdays, I don't have time to eat in the morning since I have to be at work at 7:45 AM. Breakfast at work is served 8:30 AM but I've been eating the same stuff for over a year that it's really quite disgusting now. Their pancakes and toast are gross and hard to chew, and their fruit cocktails aren't even cold sometimes. So I just skip breakfast.

Lunch, I'll eat though, although I do miss it a few times during the week too, but not as much as breakfast. Same with dinner, although I avoid eating right before bedtime.

Overall it's more like eating twice a day and three times is the max. And when I do have snack, I usually skip dinner.
 
I notice that being in college with a different classes and breaks each day really screws up my eating time.

I know it's bad, but I don't really eat breakfast. I go to school, and eat a bagel or something small like that, then I have lunch, then I eat something again, then I have dinner.

So I usually eat 2 meals a day, and a few snacks some where in the day as well.

But usually I eat when I'm hungry *shrugs*
 
I eat mainly once a day. If I'm lucky I'll be able to eat twice a day, but lately I haven't been able to find the time where I'm able to eat twice. After work and by the time I get home, I have enough time to get in dinner, but thats it.
 
My eating habits are really screwy, and probably not all that healthy, tbh.

I don't ever eat breakfast--ever. The thought of it just makes me sick to my stomach. So usually I'll start out eating a little after lunch time, 2 PM maybe, if that (depending on how early I'm up, if I'm running errands or if I'm out with someone and they suggest we get something to eat). But normally, if I'm on my own, I'll probably wait until about 4 PM to actually eat a real meal. After that time, and a few hours later, around 6 or 7 is when I start to get hungry again. I may wait a bit depending on when I think I'll be heading off to bed, but usually it's around there. And then I'll just snack on little things like peaches or grapes, cheese, milk, crackers, etc for the rest of the night.
