You catch them with Pokeballs duh. This is a FF forum though :lmao:
 
You beat them over the head with attacks.....Or you may want to burn and electrocute them or stick them in the freezer. Then you throw your balls at them making them your slaves forever.....yea...that's basically it...
 
Is this a trick question?

You catch Pokemons with Pokeballs and cruelly subject them into a closed, confined space with little food, water or air.

And yes, this is mostly a Final Fantasy forum.
