Well, seems that three of the Hogwarts prefects are set already,

Anyways... I just posted... I'll just block any other people from entering there... at least from the side I'm at.

Me and Danny are the Gryffindor ones. It should be like this:
- Two Gryffindor fifth year prefects
- Two Hufflepuff fifth year prefects
- Two Ravenclaw fifth year prefects
- Two Slytherin fifth year prefects
- Two Gryffindor sixth year prefects
- Two Hufflepuff sixth year prefects
- Two Ravenclaw sixth year prefects
- Two Slytherin sixth year prefects
- Two Gryffindor seventh year prefects
- Two Hufflepuff seventh year prefects
- Two Ravenclaw seventh year prefects

I'd also like to clarify the relationship between Rene and Faith while I'm at it.
They really clicked at first, being best friends. That WAS, until Rene pulled a horrible and humiliating trick on Faith, which revolved around her broom being stolen. So you can imagine a second-year Faith chasing Rene around the castle! From then on, they've been pulling pranks on one another. But this year, they'll probably be friends again now that they're both Gryffindor prefects. One thing leads to another. So anything could happen!

One question. Can anyone become a prefect? If so, may i be one of the Slytherin?
That depends on who (if anyone) is actually a Slytherin prefect, what year they're in and their gender. I don't think there is anyone really. But if there are any Slytherin prefects out there, speak now! Or forever hold your peace.
I was just reading through the profiles and i just realised, me n RE are in sixth grade, turning 16 soon while Santa and Faith are sixteen already and still in fifth year

Despite his shortfall of patience in words he decided to enter Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry on his 11th birthday, so he began to gather his essencials... wand, broom, cauldron, potionmaking ingredients and then the 'less important' such as books and robes.
When the time came for him to enter he did so like any other witch or wizard, crossed the barrier, boarded the train, rode the boats etc and when the sorting hat was placed on his head it entered deep thought. Despite the hat's abilities to decipher the mind to select a suitable house Jacel's mind was fairly cut off through his lack of thoughts, taking nearly 5 minutes of "hmm"s and "ooh"s before selecting gryffindor, though instead of the usual bellow it was in fact almost a low grumble.
As he began his classes he gained the praise and the annoyance of the various teachers, while his practical work was outstanding he could never devote much time to writing, as the years went by he didn't change much, remaining cold, unchanging and holding many thoughts within himself.

As you said that all prefect spots are taken, I wont get one as I come to school with a dragon... not a way as a prefect should do it

Yes thats right people you're 10-11 in the first year, 11-12 in the second, 12-13 in the third, 13-14 in the fourth, 14-15 in the fifth, 15-16 in the sixth and 16-17 in 7th and final year
but we're turning sixteen this year. Just not yet. If that is the case, then Faith's profile is wrong because she is 16 and in 5th year. (lol, she repeated XD)
