Hey everyone! :D

Just thought Id introduce myself ) I'm Trepie, or at least that's my username haha. I am a huge FF fan, obviously ( ;) ) and have been playing the older PS1 games recently!

As it is rather obvious, I am a HUGE Quistis fan. FF8 was the first game I ever played and I instantly fell in love with her. I'm not sure why, but I was 10 and you never forget your first love ;) haha. Growing up I kinda feel I connect more emotionally with her character, which sounds odd I know, but I can't help it. She just always seems to be so unde-rlooked by people (in the game, I mean) but she still manages to stay strong. I think she's awesome!


Anywaaay enough of my babbling! I look forward to posting and chatting with you guys! At the time I write this I will most likely be very active on the FF8 board as that is the game I am currently playing.

FF8 was the second game I played and sadly is one of the only titles I have only completed once. I just didn't like many of the characters especially Quistis (Don't hate me)

FF8 was the second game I played in the series too, after 7. I liked it alot; it's massively flawed but at the same time has so many redeeming qualities too. In terms of characters though i'd say Quistis is rather forgotten. She has a massive part to play in the opening kinda hours and then largely takes a back seat. I could say the same for Selphie and Irvine though.. It's all about Squall and Rinoa at the end.

Have you tried FF8 HD from Steam? I feel like a load of people who hated the draw system would much prefer that one, considering you can speed the game right up while drawing or even skip drawing altogether.

I'm a fan of Quistis too. Gotta love the whip ha.

Whaaaaat? I didn't know about that haha. Good job i'm only on disk one of my replay through! Haha. Deffo going to get this! Thanks for the heads up!
